“I know nothing about cell phones. My cell phone wasn't holding it's charge and would turn off after 2 minutes away from the charger. Took it to T-Mobile where it was purchased. They only were interested in selling me a new phone. Chris diagnosed the problem was my battery. He could have tried to sell me a new phone but didn't. Replaced my battery with a guarantee that this would solve problem. Huge relief didn't have to spend money on new phone.”

The guy that fixed my phone was super nice and told me if I went to their accessories side we could get a discount on a screen protector. We ended up getting all new protectors for the family.”

The lines, during my visits, were non-existent. Overall, I had a positive experience, while visiting this store!”

He was very eager to assist me even though he had only a few minute left before clocking out. It wasn't long before I was walking back out with my problem resolved. A lot of times we don't give credit to those that assist us or go far and beyond for others. Verizon did a great job hiring him.
