Originally the phone my son wanted was not in stock in this store, so she checked her surroundings store to locate the color and model my son wanted. While doing that their stores shipment came in and she said they could see if there were any in the shipment and there was!! My son was super excited!!! She recommended a case and screen protector as well! I was only able to purchase case at this time but we will be back for protective case!! I believe Ashley was recovering from a cold as well and through all that she def displayed great knowledge of products and plans and she went above and beyond with her customer service!!
