I was there today and bought a rebuilt Napa brand, alternator for my Toyota Corolla.
I had some trouble with adjusting the mounting bushings.
I tried to get the bushings flush with no success.
I had wished that I purchased the Denso rebuilt alternator instead.
I then took the alternator back, explained my problem, and asked if I could exchange it for the Denso.
This is where the patience and dedication of the associate Frank, who helped me, came into play.
He found a discrepancy with the Denso part numbers and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the issue. He was able to get the Toyota part number off of my already returned original core charge unit and cross reference the correct part.
Then I was expecting to pay the difference for the new higher priced unit, and he said he would not charge me the difference because of the hassle!!!!!
This is not the only time there that an employee has bent over backward to resolve an issue.
Thank you to Frank and the other uncompromising employees that I have dealt with there.
This is the only place I want to shop for auto parts at locally!!!!!!!

My windshield was cracked and I didn't know where to turn. I called this store and spoke with Laura about some brands I could use and when I arrived she had them waiting for me on the counter. I picked up rain-x, payed for it and was out of there faster than lightning! Always a reliable place with great prices and service! Excellent place for all your automotive needs! I also picked up a filter remover for a diesel semi-truck a little while back that still works perfectly!
