Probably the worst Petco I have ever been in (and I've been in a lot). Employees are completely disinterested in helping you. When I ask for crickets, I'm met with obvious disdain that the employee now has to walk the 10ft to get them for me. This has happened numerous times. The animals in their care are clearly neglected. The Guinea pigs have grossly overgrown nails. There are multiple bearded dragons with oozing eye infections.Overall disgusting. Please don't support this place. The one on Main St is much better.

Only ordered one 5 lb bag of dog food online for pickup and was met with a super sucky lady. I put in the order that someone else was picking up this item and they ask for full name and email. When she went in to pick it up she was told they didn't have my order, if she was sure she was at the right location. With all names and order number and location confirmation she was still told that they didn't have it, with an attitude. Come to find out she wasn't at the wrong location they indeed had the order just didn't care enough to look better.

Bad customer service the people are no good they do not care about your animals I needed small crickets they got a new batch on Friday would not even part with any of them said they need them all for the all of their pets not recommended go to another store if you want real service.

Zero! Very bad service in this petco! my daughter had to go to the bathroom and they are locked. I asked the cashier for the key as indicated in the notice on the door and she got upset and made a bad face at me, it just happened to me very bad service.

It's really bad they advertise they are cat groomers on the site, you set up an account but nothing for cats shows up. You call the location(s) in your (my) area and no cat groomers.. REALLY ..WE LOVE PETS.. but NO cat groomers wow! Cats want to look pretty too. Sad Sad Sad PETCO

Zero... zero stars!!!!! The cashier left my things in the counter and looked at me. I said you don't have any bags? She said no, looked around, I don't think so. Whaaaaaat????? I mean, what kind of business is this? Zero stars for this location.

Many products, but priced higher. The inside is clean, and the inventory staff were nice. I can't say the same for Cashier.Windows badly need cleaning....

I would give more stars, but the workers here are FAILING AT THEIR JOB. Which, basically means so is this company. I understand the goal is to make money and help animals, correct? The first thing I see when walking in are two beautiful harlequin rabbits for adoption. I notice they have huge pieces of carrots a lot of pellets and little to no hay. That already sends a red flag to me, since I have two rabbits. It takes two minutes to google what they need, to know they need A LOT of hay. As well as, too much carrot is BAD for them... plus they're sending the message that it's OKAY to potential adopters and it's not. I bought the rabbits some toys, she had no idea what rabbits I was talking about, didn't know their genders or breeds! How would she help someone adopt a pet that she knows absolutely nothing about? To top it all off they had the rabbits in a small FISH TANK. Lastly, I'm wondering why the woman who was working when I went in at about 11:20 am on Monday didn't tell the gentlemen with the puppy that he probably shouldn't walk it through the store to keep THE PUPPY SAFE FROM GETTING SICK. I actually warned him, to which he thanked me and picked his puppy up stating " It's his first puppy and he didn't even think about how it didn't have vaccinations yet". Petco, you need to do better. When the customers coming in are more educated on the pets you have on site, you know that's a problem.

I made and confirmed an appointment for a bath for my cane corso puppy. She took one look at her and refused to groom her, saying she has an eye infection. Apparently, they have never seen droopy eyes before. We took her straight to the vet, just to be safe and Yup!! Of course no infection. Thank God!! We dodged a bullet. If she can't even handle looking at her, how would she handle grooming her.

I went to the store around 630,and at 645 I went to the front to ask for help with the reptiles.mind you could find anyone back in that area.i was wanting to get a 60 created gecko and buy a 200 tank and everything to go with it...so I was prepared to spend about 500.. needless to say I was told I couldn't get help in reptiles because they close in 15 mins... I went to the petci on bearvalley.. so long story short bad customer service.. I took my money to petsmart.

After my previous Yelp review and getting a reply from PetCo I have recieved an email thanking me for doing a curbside pickup which never happened as the item was canceled while I was in the store. It was not canceled by me but was canceled by PetCo after I had not heard from them about my order and went into the store after visiting a local merchant. I questioned them about the order and that is when they started checking on the order. But instead of talking to me I recieved a text about the cancelation. This email dated today just showed me what a joke PetCo has become.here is a copy of the reply. Wayne, Thanks for purchasing your last order online and picking it up at our Victorville Petco store! We're happy to help you with any of your other needs, from personalized nutrition advice to our in-store grooming services. Looking forward to seeing you (and maybe Your Pet?) again soon! Your local Petco Manager, Tina Douglas Apparently Tina Douglas has no clue of my previous post or how bad PetCo in Victorvile really is. She apparently is far away from reality to think that I will ever shop there. Really doesn't deserve 1 star but cannot post unless you rate.

If I could give this store a zero I would! Extremely rude! This establishment books appointments that they do not have available. Although my grooming appointment was confirmed via email and text, they later informed me that they do not have the availability. And it was only because I called the store and spoke to someone on the phone. What kind of customer service is this? They did not even offer any alternatives and instead informed me that I would have to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this store.
