“The workers are so nice inside. I cannot complain a single bit about them and I don’t understand some people saying they’re rude. The guy knows me by my name just from seeing me a few times and I think he might even have my box number down. Both employees are very kind, they don’t rush you when you need help. They’re awesome. Now the United States postal service is a whole different beast. So often my packages get lost or can’t be delivered. Always something it seems. Even when I put my address exactly as I’m supposed to, (usually that’s when it is definitely getting marked undeliverable), it will get sent back. It’s not this locations fault. It’s the distribution center in SB I'm assuming, but no complaints about the people at this location.”

“Dear Supervisor,
I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for addressing the community's needs and resolving the issue with our mailboxes.(mail Parcel) It had been quite a struggle to receive packages and some were even returned due to the lack of a proper mail delivery system.
It feels wonderful to finally have our mail delivered directly to our doors. Your prompt action and support are truly appreciated by everyone on the block.
Thank you once again for your dedication and hard work. We genuinely appreciate it!
Sincerely, Vanessa B”
“Pretty competitive pricing. The place is really clean. Ralph hooked us up with our unit. Somehow he was conversing with my wife and found out it was my birthday.. Next thing I'm being told happy birthday by complete strangers... Kool people and great informative service...”
