The employees are professional, attentive to a person's needs, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only issue that I see is they charge double what the Post Office charges. An example would be Priority Mail is around $20 vs Post Office around $10. But the place is kept clean and organized.

You pay a little more but don't have to wait in line the post office can be very packed during the holidays so this is a refreshing experience when it's the busy season they provide many other services such as packing materials and post office boxes

Today was the second time I've visited PostalAnnex+ and both times I've had excellent experiences. The employees always go above and beyond to help out and give you options. I chose to go here over a UPS store (nothing against them) mostly because I felt comfortable enough to ask for their guidance. They helped me pack my box so the contents were at their safest. I would not have been able to do the same without major inconvenience and time invested. Incredibly helpful and I recommend them.

Do not go to this place for a livescan. Kas did my livescan but did not enter any of my information, other than my name in the system. I got a letter a week later from the CTC showing the information missing stating I needed to go back to the original place I had them done to have it corrected. The day I initially went, I got off work early and was able to make it by the 4pm cutoff when they stop livescans. I went in today and they were not willing to accommodate seeing me at 4:05 for a mistake they made!!

I've had a box with them for 15 years and when Sid works the customer service is great. I been trying to pick up a package for two days now. I waited in line 45 minutes yesterday and they couldn't find my package because there was only one person working and they didn't have time to check the mail in. I get that they were busy, so I came back today and same sh*t wait 45 minutes. I can never even get into my box because they always have boxes piled in front of it. I go in today to pick my package I get into my box get the notice out and signed it waited right there like I have ALWAYS done. The girl tells me you have to get in line, I was there before everyone in line, but one person I just wasn't in the exact line. Iv always picked up packages from the side of the counter. It's ONE SMALL package all she had to do was step 3 feet grab it and hand it to me. It's called MULTI TASKING, but obviously they don't know how to do that. I'm canceling my box I'm done with their 45 minute lines.. Sorry Sid I think you're a great guy, but those girls that work for you need to learn to multitask!!!

I brought the wrong document to be notarized, so Kelsi asked if it was on my phone. I was able to find it and she emailed it to herself and printed it out for me. It saved me from having to go home and come back. She was very helpful and friendly.

Horrible service. I went to get a my live scan done and they had me make an appointment. When they clearly told me they don’t usually do appointments. I was late to my appointment by a couple minutes and they refused to help me because they only have a 5 min grace period. They were very rude. So they sent me to the other location and sure enough they took me as a walk in.

Awful service, whet twice and the two lazy girls didn't help me. I went somewhere else and not only got better service but i got charged more than have less for the same service. I don't recommend this place at all
