Actually this is a zero rating. You can try booking here and learn the hard way or take my word for it. Bottom line the customer has to meet their demands, that means calling and checking constantly, driving to locations that are way beyond local to get equipment. Incompetent customer service that can't think beyond the tip of their nose, .I'm reporting them to better business bureau. One day before pick up I call to check as I had not heard from them and told I have to drive to Ontario to get a tow dolly and then back to Victorville for a truck. I live in Lucerne valley. Cancelled went to Penske, a little more money but super nice and accommodating.

I've had nothing but issues with U-Haul since starting the process of trying to rent a cargo van. After the first location and their ZERO SENSE of communication caused the first issue, the employee booked me a cargo van in San Bernardino area. Got home and confirmed.. good thing I checked. It was NOT any where near where I needed it to be. I rebooked it in my own and finally got reserved. Drove 3 hours to make my appointment with the only place that offers cargo vans in the WHOLE area. Get there and they tell me I can't rent it because I'm not local to that county... that's their rules. Maybe you should TELL PEOPLE YOUR RULES.. What a mess. They will rent me the box truck but not the van. Sorry I have a height limit and you just ruined everything and made this day incredibly stressful. Thanks U-Haul

I pulled into the parking lot and the manager started yelling at me that I didn't come in the right driveway (Not professional) Then he started yelling for me to take it easy on the truck. I stopped the truck and asked what I was doing Wrong and he couldn't tell me. I then waited 30 mins to check out (This place is so disorganized and disrespectful) Then the manager came up to the desk and started adding on extra charges WITH AN ATTUDE. I called Corporate and told them what had happed, the lady seemed to know the U-Hall I was talking about What a surprise!!! and apologized. She also credited my card back $385 for the embarrassment I endured. DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE.

Had a reservation with this place before same drivers license . Today was told I couldn't get the truck till 5:30 pm instead of my online reservation confirmation time of 9:30 am . I get here and I'm being told" it has to be a local driver's license " . I used this license here before no issues what has changed ? Was it because there was 3 other people waiting for help and the woman behind the counter was too lazy to set up my truck rental . Bad business lost it forever . Wasted my time and completely lied to me .

These people are crooks, they will say anything to get your money and not accommodate you. I rented a one way uhaul from nevada to California. I was offered free storage for 30 days. So I was scheduled to go to the office at 8 am. I paid 274 which included my $100 deposit. I get to adelanto. And turn in the uhaul. The 10 foot storage that was not available, so they gave me a 5x8 unit storage unit. This was very inconvenient. So I wait for my deposit to post back to my card. They accidentally charged me for an extra day. When I call to dispute it. They realized they were at fault and admitted to doing so in a phone call from management. So they made an error and can't refund me my money and I can only get a credit. I highly recommend budget rentals because they are not money hungry crooks. Update: I just called corporate because instead of sending me a voucher that I didn't want, they sent me a receipt in another person's name. Well the lady from corporate was very kind and processed my refund. So my advice is to call corporate if they don't help you with any issues

Waited in line for a whole hour before getting helped. My check in was t 9am and I didn't get help till exactly 10am. Apart from that they took another hour just to get my trailer . Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time.

Came in to reserve a truck and get packing supplies and boxes. The managers were very surly and unpleasant to deal with and their computer system was so slow it took 30 minutes for them to process a refund on a box of bubble wrap that we didn't need. There are other UHaul locations in the High Desert, I highly recommend you go somewhere else other than here.

I want to start by saying that the employees are polite and nice. It's just that certain important pieces of information were not communicated prior to me renting the storage space. The two employees that helped me out did NOT mention that the storage was on the top floor and that I would have needed to carry my belongings up a narrow rail staircase to reach my unit. It would've been nice had I been warned so that I could have made a better informed decision, such as a floor unit, as I am storing heavy furniture. Luckily I had someone to help, but had I not, it would have been a very dangerous situation. The employees should be trained to tell people these things.

The worst experience I've ever had with usual. Has a 10:30 Reservation it's now 11:45 just made it to the counter just to be told they may not have the truck WTF U-HAUL!!!!!!!!!

This place is the worst U-Haul I have ever been too, the wait time is ridiculous and the customer service is horrible! The employees act like they are goods gift to U-Haul and are rude. It never fails I do the pre-check in process to save half the time and it still always takes at least an hour.

This place mostly has bad reviews because the customers are rude, entitled, and unsympathetic. (There are obvious scheduling issues but take that up with a supervisor/manager not the employee FYI) I had an appointment at 10:30 am for a hitch to be installed and I arrived 10 minutes early and found there to be a line 5 people deep. It was clear the only person working the whole place was one man doing the job of 2-3. He was doing his best to help serve each person as quickly as he could. The man in front of me didn't have a reservation to get a truck and blamed the employee for the size truck he wanted to be unavailable and was outwardly irritated...interesting. To which this man tried to drag me into his bs by trying to make the employee feel bad for making 'this young lady waiting. To which I replied 'nah, I'm fine waiting'. Not to mention the two other people who had something to say about the employee right in from of him. About 30 minutes passed, which to me, is reasonable as he again was the ONLY person there. He helped me very quickly and I was on my way after a quick inspection of my car for dents and scratches. Very nice man and my hitch came out great. I was told they would start on it at 3 and I got a call at 4. No issues besides the very rude customers I had to unfortunately be among while waiting my turn, patiently.

This is one of the worst locations they have. There is 2 employees inside and just the girl is working, the guy is just hanging out there doing nothing but talking to her and slowing her down. I think he is high on drags. He is laughing for no reason and making weird sounds.

Got in gates on time and was told to go outside and do drop off outside so they can finish closing extremely rude. Didn't show me where drop box was or tell me how to go about it. Employees are rude, unprofessional, and lazy!!!!!!!!!
