After checking in at the computer kiosk 10 minutes before scheduled appointment and finding out that it didn’t register after waiting for 20 minutes, Jessica was very helpful in changing my overall experience from a negative to a positive. My appointment was at 8:30 and I was called in at 8:30. The entire appointment took 10 minutes. The woman who drew my blood was very professional and nice. When you are hungry from fasting, even 10 minutes past appointment time can be a big deal. I like that they make every effort to get you in and out quickly.
