Great experience. Scheduled appointment over the phone (automated). Easy. Got in within 4 days. Checked in on mobile phone, got called in immediately. Jessica was wonderful. Pleasant and did a great job (didn't leave bruises). Kacye and Jessica were very friendly. Thank you for doing a great job!

Horrible service. Very disorganized, have a bunch of new people and travelers/contractors who don’t know what they are doing with no actual managers to intervene and resolve issues. I don’t know how this lab is running. They don’t answer the phone and the team lead Ashley did not even know the location phone number.
This is the second time I went in to drop off a specimen and employees had no idea what they were doing.
Today none of the employees had access to the email that had the physician order for labs for a patient I was dropping specimens for. This was a return patient. Their solution was to tell me they couldn’t accept the specimen because they couldn’t access the Quest email to retrieve the email. Apparently even the team lead/manager had no access to that. That was it. They just wanted me to leave and take the specimen with me. The new girl who was working gave me her personal work email that was invalid. The company hasn’t even made her active but she’s working. The last time I went to drop off a specimen, things couldn’t be figure things out for an hour and the specimen had to be discarded. They take no accountability for such inconvenience. Well I didnt leave until they called the supervisor Melody.
This lab needs to get to together. Worse service ever.

I was very very satisfied with first diagnostics the only thing that I'm not satisfied with is trying to get a profile set up online that is very very difficult and hard for me to take care of and do because I really wanted to make an appointment before I went in and I couldn't unless I called them so you're online part of it is not as good as I anticipated it was very difficult for me to try and do but that's all right I called the number and got the appointment but otherwise I'm very very very satisfied with quest diagnostics
