On to week 3 without a call back even after leaving a few voice mails, talking to the receptionist 5 times few emails all that for a quote to get my shocks replaced . Fuck them if I could give them negative stars a would they don't even deserve the one star

I want to thank Larry for such amazing service he keep me updated every step of the way even when I got a bit snappy on him. He kept his cool and helped me understand why it was taking so long and worked even harder to get my rental car set up. So that I could continue to provide for my family. Occasionally checked in and also reminded me the rental was do so I did get a late charge. Next I want to thank Carlos I brought my car in for an oil change throught out the service he checked in to let me know how it was going. I explained I knew my tires and breaks needed replacing but they weren't in my budget and I was moving across country and needed to know my safety chances he went to check again waited on the report explained tires will make it but get them replaces soon. As for the brakes they would not make it. He checked my warranty an luckily it was covered he asked if I could bring it back by 7am and they would get me taken care of before my move. To know my children will be safe on the road during this holiday season because of these 2 amazing men is the reason I will be a ford member for life. Thank you Larry and Carolos happy Thanksgiving and merry Christmas.

Had a fantastic experience this morning and want to thank Jennifer in the service department for saving me today! I had an unusual circumstance and she handled my door latch recall repairs quickly, and even authorized a recall repair with the transmission I wasn't aware of. I was short on time today and she got me in and out asap with excellent work. Highly recommended!

They set me up for appointment for some recalls that were on my vehicle. Sherry was awesome work was done on time. They even gave my car a bath thank you for your hard work and dedication. When I'm looking to buy . I know where to go

I have 3 Ford reservations and all of them as a custom built were made without any add ons. I got a call to go all the way to Victorville from Orange County only to be told that it will be an additional mark up, on a CUSTUM order. Ridiculous. If you're thinking of ordering a maverick or Lightning go somewhere else unless you want a market adjustment.

Service writers are the absolute worst!! The females are quick to dismiss you as they attempt to pass you on to another writer (and NO, they haven't been busy when I approached them, just lazy), and Adrian has terrible communication and follow through practices to work through. Thanks to these 2 bad experiences, I will NEVER buy from Sunland Ford again. If you have to have a Ford vehicle take your business down the hill, it's obvious the staff in the service department don't want it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My boyfriend took his car here to do an oil change and we got horrible, horrible service. Let's not mention how long we had to wait to get helped and get the oil change done. I normally go to other places and they are courteous and fast. Here the people are rude.

Was looking to sell my Tacoma and replace it with a Bronco. They did not really try to make a deal. The cars are higher priced than elsewhere. I went back and forth and they wouldn't knock anything off the vehicle to get me to the payment I wanted. I ended up going to Redlands Ford who was able to work out a deal using the same Ford Credit and was able to get the payment I wanted. I didn't want to go down the hill but ended up saving me $4000 by doing so.

Absolutely the worst service. Time before was bad enough for them to give me a free oil change due to the time it took and they brought the vehicle back to me and then stated it then needed a air filter but that would take a n other 30 minutes. I went back this time, was 3rd in line at 6:45 am. I asked the service director why it was taking so long. He checked into it and said they were putting in the oil and it would be right out. He did seem like he even cared or apologized for taking so long. I finally left after 2 1/2 hours.

In June I set up an appointment for 10 am July 15th for a recall issue. Something to do about a loose sagging underbody insulator. I had another one for wiper blades but they didn't have the parts for that recall. I arrived at 9:30am (1/2 hour early). I was totally ignored at first until I rousted up the first guy passing by me again. Now that I have someone's attention I explained why I was there. Since my F250 has 6700 miles now I thought I might as well get the first oil change while it's up on the lift. At 12:15 I inquired what the status is and why is it taking so long. I'm next to go on the lift. I waited some more and now I am told the guy that does the recalls just returned from lunch. WHAT!!!? The oil change was done and I looked and couldn't find my car in the lot near the shop stalls. The recall inspection wasn't done yet. That's it! I'm out of here with or without the inspection. The oil change is covered by my extended warranty and after another 15 minutes my car arrived for me to leave. The only redeeming factor is they did a car wash for me. (I was heading to Costco for a car wash anyway.) The service advisor told me to always plan on an all-day thing for any recall. WHAT again?!!! There is some serious management issues in the service department there.

We traveled to the High Desert to take a look at Ford Vehicles today. Trust me going around looking for a New Vehicle is twice as hard as finding a used one. We were greeted by Isaac Bazán a *top sales consultant (*my opinion). Although we showed up close to closing. Isaacs first hand knowledge of Ford vehicles surprised me. Lately, during our travels and search for vehicles we have been greeted with young folks on the sales floors with no common sense or knowledge of the vehicle they are attempting to sell us. Isaacs superb attention to detail in assisting *us (*The Customers) in determining our vehicle needs and inviting us to complete financing paperwork online due to our time constraints was exemplary and totally satisfactory. I hope Ford of Victorville finds this refreshing to read. You have a great employee working for you Ford of Victorville. Thank you for an opportunity to purchase a New Vehicle: we continue our hunt but in the meantime: I Now must go, so that I my convince my wife as to why We Need That $74k Sasquatch Ford Bronco! We came in to Sunland Ford to trade in our 2015 Explorer and wanted to upgrade to a truck. We bought a 2022 F150 4x4 from Sunland Ford. Andrew Anthony (sales rep) was awesome. He was knowledgeable, not over bearing and was a pleasure to work with. Anthony Vargas was also amazing. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We were in and out very fast. Process was smooth. Thank you all so much for a great car buying experience.

My husband brought his work truck to Sunland to have his brakes and shocks and I'm just going to leave this pic here oh and the price for labor for two front brakes and shocks was over 700$.. I'm sorry but you just can't make this s*** up.. Im sure the mechanic was wondering where they went..
