Rancho Seneca is a modern Spanish stucco-style apartment complex that offers income-based housing. The staff is generally helpful, though the office can be difficult to reach. The apartments are spacious, but the grounds appear unkempt, with trash and debris in the common areas. Overall, the apartments are habitable if the tenant maintains their own space, despite the impression of a housing project.
Joshua in management is the key to turning this place around. It’s been a long hard road but this complex is taking all the right steps in turning this place around from what it used to be.

The Ranch Seneca Apartments is a very nice property ever since the latest Management came and took over. It’s quiet and clean and family friendly.
