“Lilly is great, and I thank Cassie and Nabeel for trying their best to push work orders through, but when the landlord doesn't care about his tenants, I can understand how it can become difficult to get things done. Before Paradise family, this building was a mess! (still is but less). I mean, pet owners allowing their pets to defecate every where, no mailbox, no pest control, racoons in between the roof and ceiling, front gate broken. PFR helped expedite some of those needs; the mailbox, front gate and setting stricter rules about pets as well as getting me a new ac unit that I had been requesting for 5 years prior. Its too bad that we have slumlords that only care about their section 8 checks clearing and not actual working tenants.”
