Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The store is never open during the posted hours — and when it is, good luck getting anyone to actually help you. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and acts like you’re bothering them just by walking in. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a business in my life.
They close the shop whenever they feel like it, without warning or apology, and treat customers with an attitude that’s somewhere between annoyed and outright hostile. Customer service is clearly not in their vocabulary. It honestly feels like they’re doing you a favor just by existing.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere — somewhere that actually values its customers.
