Long wait , better to make appointment, u can walk in but if have appointment u get faster service, they had 3 reps very busy 13 people when I went in..Hopefully my problem was addressed , dropped calls..they gave me new Sim card..?? The rep was nice and fast! Great ?

Service is very slow. Literally takes for ever even with an appointment.
