Sadly, my tenure with T-Mobile did not extend beyond a few years. This is unfortunate as I recently transitioned to Verizon due to the lackluster free upgrade offered by T-Mobile. The fact that they insisted on charging me for upgrading my device, which is highly unusual, has further complicated matters. Furthermore, their bill appears to be excessively high and overpriced.

Don't believe promotions they offer you there. I was promised a 130$ gift card if I got a pair of headphones and now I can't get it unless I upgrade my line which is something they didn't explain to me. Don't believe there promotions because there not all what there suppose to be! I will not be coming to this store again. I can't even put zero stars on this review smh

Customer service is the worst in this location. I had to report it to corporate and I'm glad I did. I did gave manager's name for her incompetence.I hope this review helps long time customers like me and my family.

I am a 13 year customer of Tmobile. I purchased a phone for pickup at this location then was bombarded with pickup notification emails at 10 pm (12 in a row) until I called customer service to turn them off. They were less than helpful and told me to block tmobile emails. Text message notifications started at 8am this morning and I got six in a row in one minute. I wanted to cancel my order at this point but was told I couldnt. Went in to pick up phone and asked to speak with manager to let them know about the repeated notifications and was told there were none working today. Asked for a number of customer service to talk with someone and they suggested I go to another tmobile store and talk with their manager. I told them it was about this store and they told me to call tomorrow. I was handed my bag and told "Here you go". I asked if there was a sim card in my bag and they said yes. There was not. I was told in my many many many notifications to have my old phone with me and wiped before picking up the new one. Why give those instructions (repeatedly) if I was just handed a bag and not offered any assistance in switching the phones? Disappointed in the whole experience with this store and service with T-mobile after this purchase.

Had a horrible experience at the store on main in Hesperia. I called corporate and they told me to come to this location. Huge difference in customer service and attention. Pricing was somehow better as well. If you’re in the area and need a T-Mobile, this is the one to go to. Please avoid the one on main.

This place has amazing service. The people who work here are very friendly and worked with me to find a plan and work everything out and get my brother his first phone!!!

Disappointed. Went in for a screen protector replacement. They told me to shit in my shoe. Since they are a new store they didn't have any accessories for an iPhone 11. Very dismissive.

Amazing store, great selection of products and excellent customer service. I was helped by Juan and grateful he was able to help me set up my new items. I would recommend coming here and activating your new lines or upgrades with him.

Talent of the store...Talaamanua! Tried to be the most difficult customer, and she passed with flying colors. She also recommended I watch Ted Lasso, which is happening now. Got me a deal 3x better than Verizon. My T-Mobile rep is Talaamanua! The rest of the T-mobile team eventually learned by her example. Cheers T-mobile team! I will be back for more lines. (they also have the Kardon speaker satellite $300 off...bought that in about 2 seconds). I was going to attach 3 photos, but "supposedly" they were over 20mb each photo, and thus, couldn't attach.
