Love Children's Place, Employees are nice. I always see the employees refolding clothes all the time due to customers unfolding. No different than any other store. I appreciate there work!

Store wasn't that crowded but there was a long line and only one cashier open. I stood in line for about 35 minutes, unacceptable during a pandemic. I would have left but I needed the clothes I purchased for a couple families I adopted..

So I haven’t shopped at Children’s Place probably for over a decade as my children grew up. I do admit at the very end things were disorganized and seemed liked you were shopping at Ross. My granddaughter was in need of clothes and didn’t feel like a long drive. I told my daughter let’s give children’s place a try. We were greeted by Jasmine, and applied for a credit card by Erica. The store was surprisingly organized and they did apologize in advance that they were low merchandise as they have been closed due to covid. The store and employees were very welcoming. Myself and my new children’s place credit card will be back!!!

This place is really bad!!! After reading other reviews I don't feel bad talking about it. Andrea, I believe was her name, and another lady at the counter were awful! They didn't give me eye contact and kept talking as they were checking me out. That was so rude! There was only one nice person working there and she was toward the front as I was leaving out hanging up clothes....actually doing her job!!!Bad bad place. My granddaughter was with me and she wanted the items we bought. That is the ONLY reason I purchased anything there with such terrible customer service. I was there on 2-15-2020@ 2:53pm. Thank you.

This store is very disorganized and dirty. Everytime I come to purchase I have to look through piles of clothes to find something. Only 2 people at the register because other employees are at lunch or break. I will never return to this store again after a 45 min wait in line for a return.

If i could give the employees 0 stars i would! I'm not the type to bash a company, but i feel i am stuck with this company as i have a credit card with them & i like to have my credit in great standing. So hopefully they improve their customer service and how they handle customer issues. I am constantly purchasing from this store.

Negative stars.. not 1 star... Worst possible customer service EVER! Seriously worst! They canceled my order not 1, not 2 but 3 times during the Labor Day Sale! I called after #2, lady (in a different country) told me if I only would use my own bank account (not their CC) it would certainly process. So I used my own CC, they TOOK THE MONEY out of my bank, then immediately sent me a notice "order canceled" I am on a 30 minute hold currently, with the guy telling me "you did not meet the criteria for an online order" WHAT? YOU took my money! what other criteria is there? absolutely ridiculous. Good job Children's Place for sending your customer service outside of the US. Now you are on the THIS BUSINESS SUCKS list.

If I could give a zero I would.. This store was in total disarray. Clothes piled everyone no organization to anything. I was there today, multiple other customers taking videos speaking of sending to corporate office. The line 25 to 30 min long wait has only 2 cashiers . So I would be ready to give these girls credit if they even gave half of am impression that they cared. I had the unfortunate experience of Andrea C working today at the victorville mall children's place. Who asks when I get to the register " did you find everything okay?" I responded " have you looked around your store?" She quickly responses with " I know it's a mess". She then took I swear as slowly as possible to ring up my 300.00 dollar purchase to which I received no discount...Andrea could not locate my rewards account...really 5 kids 6 grandbabies same phone number 12 yrs! Really! But by this time I'm too angry to communicate in a civil tone. So I pay and she lays my receipt on the counter and says " have a nice day" ...not in my open hand not in my bag , of which I had at least 12 because the use UPS shipping bags...lol. So for me never again good bye Children s place lost a customer. Although from the looks of the store the attitude of employees its obviously going out of business. Guess you impressed alot of people. Also I received no coupons no discount rewards whatsoever

All of these comments are true. I have experienced the exact same things as all the other comments you see here. I ordered uniforms for my daughter and thought I was getting a great deal. Sadly they are very inaccurate with their shipping times and are estimating my order to be 10+ days after they told me it would come. Well my daughter will already be in school, so the 30 days they are taking to complete my order in not okay. I spent hours on the phone yesterday trying to talk to someone. They completely outsource their calls and there is no one who speaks English well. They cannot help you and when you ask to speak to a supervisor you are put on hold for 30 minutes and then they hang up on you. I called back numerous times even the coporate office and had this happen. I then called their credit card services and explained what had happened asking them to just cancel my transaction and close the card. He was litteraly in the middle of talking to me and he transfered me to the corporate office main menu! I called back one more time and asked which bank the credit cards are through and called that bank directly. They are more than helpful and are disputing the charge and closing my account for me. Sad to see this as the children's place has good deals and reasonable prices. The lack of customer service, the outsourcing of calls and the blantant hangs ups and transfers are NOT ok. I am not the only one this has happened to and it is obvious this company does not care! Purchasing something through them online is at your own risk!!!!!!

I’m a weekly customer, mpcc holder and lately I’ve been coming in every other day .. can y’all forreal get more than two employees to hold it down ?!! The ladies at the cash wrap can’t leave the registers y’all forreal need someone on the floor helping and greeting customers. @ denis home girl I remember you from the other day you left out on your review how you were constantly harassing the cashier the whole time . Everyone in line was agreeing to the fact your attitude was just as nasty as the store . Y’all forreal need to recover the dam store it’s ridiculous get it together !!

This store needs to be closed down! My mother and I shop online and used to in store to purchase clothes for my children and we have visited here three times in the past year and it has been a disaster every single time!!! It literally looks like a huge tornado went through the entire store! Nothing is folded, nothing is organized or put away accordingly, clothes and shoes are thrown on the floors, there are tons of empty hangers laying everywhere and on the racks, it is very unshoppable. My Mother and I have walked out this last time due to the desire to not even touch a thing. And I have no clue when the last time they swept was. You can see a layer of dust on their floor as you walk in the front. This store is a complete and utter disaster! I have worked in retail for many years and this is not the way any store should be! Do they ever get a visit from corporate at all? Also, the workers there don't greet you, they don't have any good customer service training. Close this store immediately!!! Btw ALL of the photos from other reviewers that was posted a year ago, is the same exact way it looks today. Complete garbage!!

Love the store and the sales, but the fact that they don't have a line for online order-pick ups is absurd. The point of shopping online is to avoid the long lines. Standing in line for almost 45 mins just to pick up an order is an inconvenience.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I usually opt to make the drive down the hill to shop at the Ontario Mills location, because the 2 times I've been here, it was a cluster of a mess! BUT I ordered online and thought it would be ok to choose this location for pick up. Boy was I wrong!! You have to wait in their atrocious line, with stuff all over the floor etc. 3 people ahead of me, I waited 25minutes. I had an online order which took forever for them to find (if you see their store, you can only imagine what their stock room looks like- shesh). She had me sign a hand held device and gave me my package. Didn't ask me for ID, even though she saw me holding it. That concerns me!.... So I can spend MY money online and anyone could pick up my stuff? This place is the most unorganized, poorly ran location that I've ever been too. Stuff is everywhere! You see random boxes of stuff to rummage through instead of being put away and sooo many things kicked around on the floor. I thought that maybe the last 2 times I was here was just a bad day for them, but going today & seeing it in this condition, this is clearly their "norm". Even Ross & DD'S look decent, clean and organized. Management clearly needs to be retrained or replaced, because I am a firm believer that your staff is a direct reflection of your management.
