My Husband and I were traveling (moving truck and trailer and our own truck etc) We stopped late afternoon for gas and we noticed what seemed like gear oil leaking all over from the rear differential area of our truck. we called a couple places and they recommended Valley Transmission. It was very late afternoon, but they said if we got there soon they should be able to take a look before closing time. They mentioned they always like to take care of travelers.
They were able to quickly diagnose the issue as a broken ABS speed sensor, order, and install the part. The crew stayed after closing time (on a world series night) to install the part!

Joey’s Auto Repair – Honest, Kind, and Truly a Blessing

I had my 2014 Mercedes-Benz C250 repaired at Joey’s Auto Repair in Victorville, California, and it was one of the best auto shop experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first call, Jose treated me with patience, kindness, and respect. I was panicking about the cost, but he worked with me every step of the way.

He found a transmission that brought my bill down by almost half and even helped me apply for a loan so I could afford the repair. The whole job took about a week, and while I was arranging the money, they were patient and never charged for storage or pressured me.

When I went to pick up my car, Jose greeted me in person (a very nice young man with great hair!) and said he was grateful that I came in instead of having my car towed home. I had been out of tow services, so I got a ride up there myself, and I was so glad I did. He said he was happy to meet me in person, and I could feel his genuine kindness. I asked if I could give him a hug, and he said yes — that meant a lot to me.

They truly took care of my car — my baby, Mercedes Love. Other auto shops told me I should just get rid of her, but Jose said, “No, it makes more sense to fix it. It’s more affordable to keep your car than start over with a new car note.” He was right. Now my car runs beautifully, and I’m driving without a car note!

When I was $42 short picking up my car, Jose talked to his boss, and they waived that part of my bill so I could take my car home. That act of kindness meant the world to me.
