I came in before my appt time and didn't have to wait for my rental. Jesus (owner?) was friendly, thorough, and professional. I expected to pay about $30 total, I was only moving one bed and didn't really want to pay $30 to do it. When I checked the truck in, two hours later, he gave me a few discounts. I only paid $14. In today's economy, that was a nice break!

My experience was horrible. I didn’t get notified until 7:30 PM the night before that my original reservation was not available. Not only did I not get the location but I had to go opposite direction 15 miles out of my way. And my original time was 10 AM and I couldn’t pick my truck up until 1:45 PM, I had to move my movers around which cost me money and I had to pay for extra gas and no discounts or even available to me and when requested for a discount I was rejected I will never ever reserve another truck from U-Haul

Edwin at the Victorville location unnecessarily cost our business thousands of dollars in property losses due to his lies & unprofessionalism. U-Haul should strongly reconsider having him represent their company. Please do not go to this location!!

Actually this is a zero rating. You can try booking here and learn the hard way or take my word for it. Bottom line the customer has to meet their demands, that means calling and checking constantly, driving to locations that are way beyond local to get equipment. Incompetent customer service that can't think beyond the tip of their nose, .I'm reporting them to better business bureau. One day before pick up I call to check as I had not heard from them and told I have to drive to Ontario to get a tow dolly and then back to Victorville for a truck. I live in Lucerne valley. Cancelled went to Penske, a little more money but super nice and accommodating.

I've had nothing but issues with U-Haul since starting the process of trying to rent a cargo van. After the first location and their ZERO SENSE of communication caused the first issue, the employee booked me a cargo van in San Bernardino area. Got home and confirmed.. good thing I checked. It was NOT any where near where I needed it to be. I rebooked it in my own and finally got reserved. Drove 3 hours to make my appointment with the only place that offers cargo vans in the WHOLE area. Get there and they tell me I can't rent it because I'm not local to that county... that's their rules. Maybe you should TELL PEOPLE YOUR RULES.. What a mess. They will rent me the box truck but not the van. Sorry I have a height limit and you just ruined everything and made this day incredibly stressful. Thanks U-Haul

Availability is there, but the Owner/Worker has very poor customer service skills, maybe that is why? I don't know if it's because he feels he owns the place and thinks he can speak how ever he feels, but a very rude and condescending tone as well as choice of words . Along with poor communication skills allowing someone to finish speaking, perhaps it's because he's young and not very experience. Still no excuse, we have all learned manners, but who chooses to use them gors a long way in life. Definitely won't he going back to this U-Haul for future moving needs!!

Nothing the owner was rude and told me that if I didn't have the truck back on time that he would report a stolen like if I was a thief or something it was a bad experience the guy was out of line
