Went here for a passport appointment the lady said she didn't have us on the list showed her a confirmation and she was giving us attitude and was very rude and said well i don't have you here on the list so you can go. There was no appointments for passport until the end of October, so we went to walk- in to the Adelanto post office where the gentleman there was willing to help us , he was so polite and sweet y’all!! Go here and the post office here is way much better in adelanto.

I had made an appointment with a lot of time since I am extremely busy working multiple jobs and finally when the day came I go in and they said that the passport person in charge, Donovan Robinson, decided to call in sick which made it highly inconvenient. The lady speaking to us was not that professional and didn’t seem to care about the situation also saying they’re unstaffed. Her attitude was very undesirable with the look she gave us. If it’s a government building that is highly protected, you would expect more. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately Google is too generous.

1 person servicing about 50+ people in lines at 10 am. both the pick up line & regular retail line. i left... heading to fedex. I waited 15 min with 4 people in front of me who never were serviced from the time i arrived to the time i left. seems the pick up line was getting priority service but still extremely slow since only 1 person was at the counter.

Cheri Haider (the supposed postmaster) is the rudest, nastiest, most condescending person that I have ever had the misfortune of asking for help.
If you do need help, go straight above her head, because you'll be made to feel like garage without ever receiving any help at all. My mail carrier has been allowed to throw my packages onto my front yard, damage, and ruin them for years, and not a single thing is done to correct it. It's deplorable. She and her carriers in my neighborhood are true unprofessionals.

This post office has gone downhill in both service and appearance. They used to maintain the location beautifully with grass, palm trees, and flowers, but now it looks neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, is reliability.
The posted last collection time for the lobby mail drop is 5:30 PM, yet employees collect it early around 5:00 PM. That means if you drop off mail at 5:05 PM, it won’t be processed the same day, even though the schedule clearly says otherwise. This is misleading and unacceptable. Schedules should be followed, not ignored.
On top of that, lines here are always long, the staff doesn’t seem concerned about efficiency, and the business line they used to offer has been removed. What should be a quick errand turns into a frustrating experience every single time.
This location needs serious attention from USPS management and the postmaster. Customers deserve accurate collection times, proper staffing, and a clean, welcoming facility. Right now, this is one of the worst post office experiences in the area.

Horrible experience. Line always wrapped around the building. They never have the correct key for mail pickups. One front counter person with a horrible attitude. They say passport appointments are from 815 to 915 online but when you arrive they tell you they only see 3 ppl a day and they must be lined up at 6am. Oh and no air conditioning!!

I don't even know where to begin with my problems with this location. Several packages never being delivered, their delivery lady never picking up packages even when scheduled, ignoring all the complaints I've ever sent. If I could, I would simply tell any seller to go around using USPS in my location because it'll likely get sent back. Or sent to the wrong address all together. 0/5 would certainly be more fitting for all the trouble I go through with them. Hire better staff.

Very unprofessional. My boyfriends mail is going to someone else's address. We went there to tell them a little over a month ago. When we noticed our insurance paperwork hadnt cone to our new adress yet... we Talked to post master (who was finishing up his pizza from a pizza party in the back we were told by a worker when it took him over 15 minutes to come from the back to help us) he said he would cancel the previous tenants forward to new address because my boyfriend has same LAST NAME of people who lived there in the past. WHEN THEY MOVED OUT THEY DID A BLANKET LAST NAME FORWARD TO THEIR NEW ADDRESS.. My bf works out of town so we did this all on a day he took off...he and i went to dmv.. and then we went to the post office. Because we realized we knew we were missing mail...etc. again. He said he would take care of it......so now a month later the people (previous tenants(living at the forwarding address) brought us my bf id that we were waiting on from dmv that we hadn't gotten yet...at this point we were concerned maybe it was forwarded from dmv and the new updated insurance mail again possibly went to that address as well..(when we called the insurance company they informed us they got a notice of foward for him going to the new address so they changed the address on his paperwork then sent It again because they got it back...(they put it as no forward) I brought all the evidence with me and showed the clerk. She went in the back came back out with another woman. Was told by this new woman...(who claims the post master said yes before but I'm the one here now "youre talking to me not him"..) ..she claimed he (my bf) needs to come back in and speak to HER... I said I'm telling you here's everything all the documents.... even if you cant take my word for it you'll see in the system the post master approved a forward mail cancelation. She said and i quote "i just talked to him ...he approved it that day but is declining today.".....I'm like what?? If he had canceled the forward how can you decline to do a Forward CANCEL TODAY?????? So BASICALLY you didnt do your administrative paperwork so now my bf has to take time off work again to come here. HE COMES HOME ONLY ON WEEKENDS He works in lahabra at 9am all the way from victorville. HE LEAVES AT 6AM ON MONDAY MORNINGS FOR THE WEEK...That drive is 2 hours in the morning weekdays. IF YOU ARE LUCKY...So because they FAILED TO DO THEIR DUE DILLAGANCE AS FEDERAL WORKERS AND ARE ALLOWING SOMEONES FEDERAL MAIL TO GO TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ...he has to miss half a days Pay to come in again for a 10 minute talk...let's not forget the first time he was there we waited about 20 minutes until the post master finished eating pizza from a pizza party before helping us...I should OF known from that ACTION....that he is unprofessional AND LACKS PROFESSIONALISM and that he prob wouldn't HAVE BEEN responsible enough to cancel the mail forward LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD....And shame on the other woman WHO SPOKE TO ME as well for her insinuation that we can't take your word for it because maybe you had a fight or something and now something has changed since then and that's why he needs to come in... ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! Who says something like that.......COMPLETE unprofessionalism all the way around..these people are in charge of this post office....you are federal workers who are responsible for very important things. WE JUST MOVED HERE. We have VEHICLE titles....CALIFORNIA STATE id's!!! insurance documents, W2S. TAX DOCUMENTS!!! AND ALL KINDS OF OTHER THINGS coming here. We went there for thos issue to be fixed and its not......WHOS FAULT IS THAT?????????????????????? WHOS GOING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE OUR TITLES GO FOR OUR CARS ETC .....ARE THEY?????Step up your professionalism. Take your job more seriously...Because better belive I am reporting this ...

Dear Supervisor,
I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for addressing the community's needs and resolving the issue with our mailboxes.(mail Parcel) It had been quite a struggle to receive packages and some were even returned due to the lack of a proper mail delivery system.
It feels wonderful to finally have our mail delivered directly to our doors. Your prompt action and support are truly appreciated by everyone on the block.

If you need a passport plan on spending you day! We made an appointment for both me and my husband at 10:00. My husband was there before 10:00 and they told him to wait a few minutes and they would take him back. I arrived at 10:10 for my appointment and he was still waiting. The lady at the counter said because wee both were not here at 10:00 he went on his break! We had 2 appointments!! Why wouldn't they send him before our scheduled appointments! Very poor management!!

Very rude employees, you have to wait in a very long line for package pick up and they make sure to close the doors on you exactly at closing no matter if you’ve been standing in line for 40 mins plus. Horrible customer service. I work in sales and I make sure every customer is happy to ensure they have a great experience and return, not this post office. If I had a customer that was waiting in line , I wouldn’t ever close a door in their face! So now you have to wait till Monday to get a package for pick up that could have easily fit in a keyed pick up locker but instead they hold it hostage. Mail is always half opened or missing an item and the best they can do is “file a claim online” which means nothing will happen. This place really should be investigated, there is a reason every single review is horrible for them. Nasty attitudes towards customers, very slow response time and not enough employees on register . Today I had a yellow pick up package slip, I missed them closing the door by 2 mins. I put my slip through the door and asked if I could please just pick up my package since it’s a gift and was already taking longer than expected in the mail and delayed. And instead the woman behind the counter said “no we are closed” and shook her head no at me. I understand closing but it’s not going out of the way it’s nothing dramatic it’s just getting a box and handing it over the counter. Treat people how you want to be treated!
