The workers are so nice inside. I cannot complain a single bit about them and I don’t understand some people saying they’re rude. The guy knows me by my name just from seeing me a few times and I think he might even have my box number down. Both employees are very kind, they don’t rush you when you need help. They’re awesome. Now the United States postal service is a whole different beast. So often my packages get lost or can’t be delivered. Always something it seems. Even when I put my address exactly as I’m supposed to, (usually that’s when it is definitely getting marked undeliverable), it will get sent back. It’s not this locations fault. It’s the distribution center in SB I'm assuming, but no complaints about the people at this location.

This is the best post office in the high desert. Postal workers are always pleasant and attentive. They service the Spring Valley Lake Community excellently.

These guys are always pleasant, respectful, courteous, and efficient. Even at this crazy holiday season, understaffed and overworked they still get the job done!

Stood at the Victorville location for 30 mins, and still had 9 people in front of me, as I left, the line was maybe 8 people behind me and growing, so I went to the Spring valley location, and BOOM!! literally 5 mins I was done and gone. As soon as I walked in, the young lady who was with a customer turned and asked how she could help.. wonderful experience compared to so many disappointments with the lack of staffing.. Thank you, Spring Valley Lake poat office... you ROCK..

Horrible customer service from the guy (Christopher) who works the counter. Rude! No greeting just a rude stare upon approaching the counter to get service. I question a problem that happened with my mail and he was offended I guess. At the end of the transaction today I politely said thank you and he stated "you're welcome" ( loudly ) followed by "I think" under his breath but I absolutely heard it!

Being honest, horrible customer service after the package was out.One of their employees was kind and helped me with my package so that's a plus but all negatives outweigh it due to the below.it was my 1st time shipping with them, they lost my midsize package containing flyer content of well over $1k, that was meant to promote a local nonprofit for musicians on the autism spectrum.Made SEVERAL calls, sent out a letter to their HQ in Washington DC, and put in a Lost & Found.Despite being a bloodhound with as much respect as possible, no one would contact me about my several outreach.So far there's still no response about the package itself.They did get my postal envelope to the location, so my guess is that something happened to the parcel, referring to they damaged it, on site and they refuse to take responsibility for it.If you use their services do so with a LOT of discretion and being ok if your content doesn't get to where it should be at.

Friendly people, doing the best they can.... but overall terrible system + hours + mail service. Packages are "delivered" there but not put into SVL boxes, or even worse you get a yellow "pick up note" but that is in a separate room that is usually closed. My property tax statement was never delivered (as if the county doesn't understand the "mailing" system here), so now I am delinquent with double mortgage payments where they hold escrow account in advance. Furthermore many important organizations can't accept our "address" (DMV, BANKS, SPECIAL DELIVERIES) ...so I would love love love a NORMAL system that isn't such an unnecessary burden and waste of time; but trying to deal with it the best we can.

I have been coming to this amazing establishment for over 2 years... Thank you to the excellent representatives of this great American Post Office! Thank you for being there when I needed you the most and thank you on behalf of all Amazing American Citizens (like myself) for the service provided at this God Blessed ground!!!
