They advertise things they can't promise. Of course they're going to try to lowball you I'm manipulate the situation because there are car dealership . Beware of their gold program for certification it's not just them but it's a scam they say its covered for 100,000 MI but really it goes by the first owner that bought the car . Except for the actual salesman most of the finance people that ran the numbers were very arrogant and kind of rude .

The entire experience was awesome! John ;(my sales person) and the sales manager were very professional, nice, and extremely helpful in getting me into my new Tacoma. I couldn’t have been happier! We went in on black friday wanting to know numbers. We had a 2021 Hybrid Camry. We just wanted to trade it in because our Camry had high mileage. We didn't want to take a test drive, just get numbers, if it made sense, we would move forward. They couldn't give us numbers if we didn't take a test drive, they needed a different department to contact me. Fine. So we left, got two text messages from different people within the hour, I responded and crickets. I guess they didn't care. Went to Crown Toyota today, I got rough numbers within 30 minutes, made sense, signed the deal, and left with a brand new Camry. I wanted to support our local Toyota, but I guess not.

I recently purchased a car from Valley Hi Toyota, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team was patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful — they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every detail.
What really stood out was how fair the price was and how clear they were about the deal. There were no hidden surprises or confusing fees; everything was transparent and honest. They made me feel valued, not just like “another sale,” but like a person who mattered.
Even after the purchase, their service department has been great. My car feels taken care of, and the staff has always been respectful, quick, and professional. It’s comforting to know I can trust them again when it’s time for maintenance or service.
If I ever need another car — or need service for this one — I’ll go back to Valley Hi Toyota in a heartbeat. They earned my trust and respect, and I’d absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Beware! Apparently Jose (they’ve got 3 so can’t tell you which one) is giving astronomical sight on scene service estimates without hooking up cars up to any sort of device. There’s no cost breakdown. Talk about taking advantage of customers. Let’s see if the manager calls back. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

I went there today looking for a vehicle set an appointment and the vehicle wasn’t even ready. Not only that my sister went looking at a vehicle and a salesman came up introduced himself and she asked to test drive because she really liked the truck and they said they’d go get the key 10 minutes later he never came back and another salesman came and asked if we needed help and we said yes we were waiting for someone to bring the key so he unlocked it and said he was gonna go get the key he also never came back and was standing in the front and my friend had came and he went up and asked if they needed help and she said she was there for me and he still then didn’t have the key as we were waiting. He asked what my sisters credit was before even letting us go test drive the truck (2023 Toyota Tacoma) I honestly never expected Toyota of all dealerships to act this way toward people who were actually ready to purchase.
