Today I went into this restaurant and ordered a chicken bowl at 12:40 I sat there until 12:52 mind you 2 customers after me got there food. I had to request a refund and while waiting there were 2 lady’s that had to ask the worker to please use gloves. I’m NEVER going back to this particular Waba grill again!

I ordered a chicken steak bowl and a shrimp taco, my total was $19, the bowl was tiny mostly rice. Took forever. This was my first time and I won’t return.

This is the first review I have ever written, with that being said... I am so disappointed with this location I felt the need to say something. When I got there, there was literally 1 person in front of me and the restaurant was empty. It took close to 5 minutes for the cashier to process their order, after, she (the cashier) disappeared to the back without even acknowledging me. She returned a few minutes later and still didn't look my way, she was talking with the cooks, when she finally did take my order almost 10 minutes later, it took 2 cooks 18 minutes! to make my chicken bowl (nothing else) and I'm telling you the restaurant was empty! It was just me and the customer in front of me! I spent most of my lunch hour waiting for a chicken bowl that had almost no chicken and tasted burnt. Please DO BETTER!!!!!! I will not be visiting this location again.

Stopped by this Waba on the drive back from Vegas. Food was fine service was OK I guess. Both bathrooms had out of service signs and I was told they were both out of order. I saw an employee use the bathroom 5 minutes after I was told this. So I was lied to when I really needed to go. I paid for my food before I realized this.

I was shocked at the rude customer service I had with the cashier Adriana. She was rude and short and when asked about something just mumbled and turned away. She didn't even let us know when our order was done, she just placed it on the counter and walked away until we asked if it was ours. She needs a review on how to work costumer service. When I got home to eat my food I was flabbergasted in finding a hair inside my food. I am truly disgusted with everything this place had to offer. Definitely will not be going back.

Wa Ba grill puts someone in charge that does NOT know business ethics at all.. she does NOT know how to run a business. Last visit took the case I had to write a review I had a gift card with 7.45 on it. No one knew how to apply gift card so they told me sorry your card had no money on it. We went back and forth until a manager walked up could not speak English did not know what she was doing.either. I paid with my debit card went to my car called the phone number on card said I had a balance 7.45 I left it on speaker walked back inside so they can all hear this should of been done. Customer should not have to do your job after I choose this place for my gift card. Anyway this made it worse the manager kept my gift card once she heard I do have a credit of 7. .45 …. Said I would get a credit on my debit card that NEVER HAPPENED so I gets ripped off paid over 11.00 for a 8.99 meal plus they kept my gift card. I am so pissed

It's not what it used to be, can't get your own onions or sauces anymore. We did dine in, so please bring that back. The pandemic is over, so we tried it again...big disappointment, now with less meat and pumps are not back, so we are not going back either. We rather spend our money somewhere else.

I understand that it's the busy lunch crowd, but I also understand that Ipreordered my food long before the 10 people who were in line that got their food before mine. They need a better system prioritizing the incoming orders.
