It really is hit or miss with this location, I use the app mostly to control prescriptions but sometimes I have to call to get an estimated time for my parents medicine. I’m really patient and kind, I don’t know who is answering the phones but the fact that she laughed at me for answering her questions? I honestly felt humiliated because I’m not sure what I did wrong.
This was July 11th at 12:39pm, the call lasted about 9 minutes and that’s adding hold time, which is short but I don’t recognize the voice that answered me. The majority of my calls have never had a problem until that day. The supervisor should monitor these calls from time to time because I don’t think laughing at the patients waiting on prescriptions they need for diabetes is a joke, we’re tense and your laughter minimizes us. I may not have told you anything but one day you will cross the wrong person and that day you will be humbled.

Saw something clearly on clearance and it was ringing up at $29.99, the manager did not honor the clearance and stated someone might have moved it, but the shelf had 2 of them and it specifically states Galaga on the tag. The cashier was very apologetic and gave good customer service, can’t say the same for the manager. Left without my husband’s present, nice going Walgreens.

First it took them 1 hour to prepare the medicine.
Then, after all this time, they actually only prepared the first medicine and forgot about the second one on the prescription. Good we checked.
Of course they apologized, but then they said they need 20 more minutes to fill the second medicine! Completely ruined our day plans.

Rude employees I was at Walgreens picking up photos and I had to repeat myself 7 times for her to hear my phone number for rewards and she wasn’t listing for my last name and think my last name is ralas when it’s morales

I really love the selection of items they have here but that’s the only thing I like about this store. The pharmacy app and robot on the phone will tell me that my medication is ready so I go to the drive thru window to pick up my medication only for them to tell me it’s not ready. It’s very annoying. Another thing I have a big problem with is when I want to print a document, the printer jams (which I know is no ones fault) but when my stuff is printed out, the lady who has reddish brown hair kept looking at everything I wanted to print out and it felt like a huge invasion of privacy. I didn’t want to be rude and ask her to hurry up, so I ended up being really late to class. I need to print my things out before 8am so I figured I could come in at 7am which is when they open. I thought it would be convenient for me because Staples opens the same time my class starts, but I guess not. . Go print your documents out at Staples instead.

My doctor called in three prescriptions at 11:30 am. I was in a lot of pain. They finally had them ready at 830 pm. I sent my grandson to pick the meds up for me. The pharmacist was rude to him just because he didn't know the answer to some of their questions and he had to call me. They are much more expensive than CVS. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Walgreens needs to fire and rehire a whole new staff in the pharmacy and replace the male pharmacist too. They just gave me the hardest time and lost all 7 of my prescriptions. It was a Hispanic girl. So my doctor's office called and the pharmacy asked my nurse "WHAT DO YOU WANT AND WHAT ARE YOU CALLING FOR"?My nurse felt so disrespected and hurt!! I'm moving all my prescriptions somewhere else!I called the pharmacy back and this OLD Spanish woman bad attitude having bat, started screaming at me and talking over me just like she did when my nurse called. This lady maybe taking the meds there on the job because she lost her mind and people won't tolerate her bad, loud mouth, over talking disrespectful attitude nowadays! My doctor just changed my pharmacy! It's more men at the new pharmacy so this should be less ghetto, Ignorance and less attitudes! Walgreens is trash!!Call corporate and keep reporting this trash pharmacist and his disrespectful team that he promotes.

We call in our prescriptions. They text us they’re ready and every time when we get there only half already tell us it’ll be another hour. I may as well work there how often I have to sit there worst pharmacy ever.

The pharmacy is a joke. I get a call saying my prescription is ready for my son's inhaler. I get there and join the drive through line for 40 minutes. I give them his d.o.b and they ask for insurance. That's strange because we have been going there for years??!! They take the card and then say that the prescription isn't ready and to go park and come inside to wait more. NO! I stayed put and when the pharmacist came back she read the daily instructions for the inhaler and said, "thank you for being a patient customer, we will remember this"! The hell? Okay lady.
