Walgreens needs to fire and rehire a whole new staff in the pharmacy and replace the male pharmacist too. They just gave me the hardest time and lost all 7 of my prescriptions. It was a Hispanic girl. So my doctor's office called and the pharmacy asked my nurse "WHAT DO YOU WANT AND WHAT ARE YOU CALLING FOR"? My nurse felt so disrespected and hurt!! I'm moving all my prescriptions somewhere else! I called the pharmacy back and this OLD Spanish, heavy woman bad attitude having bat, started screaming at me and talking over me just like she did when my nurse called. This lady maybe taking the meds there on the job because she lost her mind and people won't tolerate her bad, loud mouth, over talking disrespectful attitude nowadays! My doctor just changed my pharmacy! It's more men at the new pharmacy so this should be less ghetto, Ignorance and less attitudes! Walgreens is trash!! Call corporate and keep reporting this trash pharmacist and his disrespectful team that he promotes.

We love coming to this Walgreens because of how friendly the employees are. Our favorite cashier is this sweet young lady named Annie. She always makes us smile!

The pharmacy is a joke. I get a call saying my prescription is ready for my son's inhaler. I get there and join the drive through line for 40 minutes. I give them his d.o.b and they ask for insurance. That's strange because we have been going there for years??!! They take the card and then say that the prescription isn't ready and to go park and come inside to wait more. NO! I stayed put and when the pharmacist came back she read the daily instructions for the inhaler and said, "thank you for being a patient customer, we will remember this"! The hell? Okay lady.

This place is a joke the staff is severely unprofessional almost as if they had no training. I received a text that my sons prescription was ready and I went to pick it up I get to the window and the technician (probably not even that) took my info and said ok thank you and walked away I was a little confused but sat there thinking maybe he's getting the prescription. I waited about 15 minutes and knocked in the window and he asked for my info again! I said you just took it and he said "oh yeah" .... what?? Excuse me!? Then said I'll be right back 3 other "technicians" came to look at the computer and I asked again what's going to this man said " I'm sorry we're looking for it! At this point Im so irritated. Finally 35 minutes later and again asked for my information. Don't go to this place unless you like to wait.

Pharmacy department very rude on the phone inquiries and the mobile app very poor in communication with this store on delivery sometimes working good then other not so well.

There was an issue on the delivery of my mother's prescriptions. A pharmacy staff told her that it was picked in Arizona. She lives currently in California. To make the matter worst, she was told that the pharmacy cannot dispense another prescriptions as there's already an existing one in AZ. That staff even told my 80 YO mother to follow up with Walgreens in Arizona regarding the issue. I called and talked to David, their pharmacist. He understood the discrepancy and the necessity to expedite re-dispensing her prescriptions to prevent health issues - hypertensive urgency. We were told to come for pick up within an hour.Later, David followed up on the process issue. Just to found out that my mother got enrolled to mail order system without her consent and the mail order distribution center is in AZ. This is what a good customer service supposed to be. Not to let your customers leg work for the resolution of the issue.

This location has no use for you as a customer. They constantly under staff and often ignore customers for long periods of time. The pharmacy will keep you on hold for ever and then hang up on you. They don't believe that you are even worth having two drive thru lanes at the Rx. Do yourself a favor find some place that wants your business !! This is not it !!

The pharmacy here is a joke, the staff at this pharmacy are very rude, including the manager of the pharmacy! I will definitely not be returning to this Walgreens pharmacy! If I could give zero stars I would!

Too bad you can't give out zero stars. Been on hold with the pharmacy for 30 minutes. I can tell they just keep putting me back on hold. Now they just hung up. I'd fire the entire crew, including the manager.

i can not belive how dammmm long it takes to go therw the damn drive threw..so unacceptable.then when you get to the window its just as long..they need to hurry up..or hire more people.

This specific Walgreen's Pharmacy is fantastic. The Pharmacists and Techs are caring, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It's a good feeling visiting a business where everyone is always smiling.

Had to use their pharmacy services. I asked if my prescription could be ready earlier than what was originally told to me and they said yes. I also asked if they could provide me an over the counter med when I picked up my prescription. They not only provided me with the OTC med through the drive through, they gave me the option of the name brand and generic. I was at their mercy because I needed to use the drive through and they went above and beyond for me!! Thank you!!
