Literally every time I order groceries to get delivered there's something expired or rotten or spoiled you name it. Then now they require you to go return it to the store like hello I don't have time or can't that's why I ordered it to get delivered to my home. I think they should require people to upload pictures and if the stuff their employees packed is damaged or expired then do the refund then and there ONLINE. It's so pathetic I'm thinking about canceling Walmart plus at this point it's a waste because I can't even cook things properly or end up having to run to smaller stores.

Horrible. None of the self checkout lanes are open so the lines at cashiers registers are longer and to top it , some are slow cashiers too

Seriously do not even bother going to this Walmart. Self check out is fucking ridiculous. Now literally can only have three cash app registers open and one sales associate.. it takes forever.. I get that is so bad but people stealing is happening while they're shopping. Not just at the register you have 50 freaking employees walking around doing absolutely nothing. Instead of watching people... everything is locked up takes 25 minutes just to get someone to come and unlock something while you ask 15 employees walking around and none of them have the keys or just ignore you and don't even bother to Paige someone.. some of the cashiers are completely lazy and, careless! a cashier named Ruby is the worst. She literally put a hot rotisserie chicken in with ice cream.. and raw chicken with grapes.. I said everything out on the belt in group all my frozen stuff together all my hands together so all you have to do is group it into bags but no, she just randomly grab stuff and just shoves it in the bag.. and extremely slow.. I get it you don't like your job or you're just plain lazy. But it takes me 15 minutes now at my car to re-bag all of my groceries the other day it was pouring rain and I had to sit out there at my trunk and re-item for my customer wasting my time and getting soaking wet... get her off the register or give her some more training because this is ridiculous. It's not the first time that she's done it. Stick to Main St., Walmart they have an amazing store . Every self check out register is open and regular register. And one sales associate can have for self checkout registers... so they are doing something right and this Walmart can't get it together on Armagosa. Whoever took over and changed all the rules about them scamming item and only having 3 self check out open you don't know what you're doing and you don't care about people.. or your customers.

this is for the manager of the pick up orders department!!!(spark driver) its bad enough that ppl are violating spark policy by using multiple accounts and software to snatch up all the orders. but allowing your dispensers to receive bribes cash in hand so they can load up multiple orders in a drivers truck is straight bs!!!! i seen this myself, lil short mexican guy with glasses loaded a truck, then told another associate to bring a order and he went again and got another himself.... im sure as a manager your violating company policy and your position is at risk. do something about it and start checking driver licenses, we legitimate drivers can't even make enough money to feed our kids. this has been going on in multiple states and drivers are starting to protest. put your employees in check!!!

I went to Walmart in Victorville at Armagosa, and the ladies just ringing up my items, but I could not see the prices for the items that she was ringing up and I inquired and asked why will the cashier got so upset with me and I ask her who the hell is paying for these groceries you or me And they're gonna give me some stuff about the cash register broken and I can't see my items but she can ring up my money and I can't see what's going on. Are you a superstore or wet Walmart? You need to get your shit together you got so-called manager walking around that store like the big shots and you got so much shit mom in that store, get your shit together and you need to start selling Snoop Dogg's cereal

NEGATIVE for auto center! Managers all around barking orders rudely in front of customers. ( but not working or helping ) The girl working kept taking cars knowing it would go pass 7-730 ( they close at 7) the manager comes out in front of everyone saying no overtime you have cars still . Ummmm .... your girl working left at 7 , it's 740pm the poor guys are trying to do the register and still haven't finished . The other 2 guys walking around with their head up their ass ! At 345 they told us 90 mins , it's now 740

I'm really impressed with this store at this location ! When I first moved to the HD, I thought to myself ... ""what do people do out here for fun" ? EXACTLY! They go back down the hill where there are tons of fun things to do ! That was my story .... Eventually I met some cool friends that had cool friends that played in local bands. Fun to dance ! But try taking a leisure walk in the evening.. not the safest adventure....so I became a Winco Groupie! They are open 24/7 and you can walk round & round & get your grove on . ( burn calories & witness every sugary item staring at you in the face !) . This store is different ! Wide range of diversity, friendly employees , who are always willing to help if you can't find an item and seem to always be happy to see you! Just be nice ! They work hard to meet your needs . "Making your way in the world today Takes everything you've got Taking a break from all your worries Sure would help a lot Wouldn't you like to get away....? Be glad there's one place in the world Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came You want to go where people know People are all the same You want to go where everybody knows your name.... ( & know there name's) This is Community , This is Walmart !

I had attempted to return a brand new, 32 inch monitor that I was given by a relative as a present to make a very long story short. I was not able to return it because I did not have a receipt which I definitely was expecting, and definitely is not my issue After leaving Customer Service with personal property( monitor) I proceeded to start shopping in the store, went to the back auto department, which at this later hour was no longer open, but I wanted to browse the power inverters for my truck. I almost immediately was followed by a gentleman that I can only assume was some sort of loss prevention, because although he was not wearing a Walmart uniform, or anything to identify him as an employee, he immediately went behind the cash register and sat there and stared at me just me and him in the back auto department with the lights off. It was very strange, but unfortunately I have become used to this sort of treatment by Walmart, then once I left this auto department, I was browsing close by and at one point left my shopping cart at the end of one aisle and walked around to the next, leaving it out of sight and unattended for just a few moments and then came back to retrieve it to find it gone back thinking maybe I just forgot where I had left it, but no cart it was gone I immediately walked straight up to the front office requested to speak with a manager was eventually approached by a manager, tried to very politely explain what had just happened and request that she review the camera footage so that I may either distinguish whether it was taken by another customer or by what I had a sneaking suspicion was an employee. However, she proceeded to tell me that they did not have this capability, and that she could not help me response. I told her that that was very unbelievable, that I am very aware that there are a few stores nowadays that aren't capable of not only constantly monitoring camera footage, but replaying recorded footage with a couple clicks of a mouse being that I knew exactly where, and when the event happened, I could only assume it would have been very simple for this to be performed once the manager realized that I wasn't born yesterday and her initial denial of this capability was rebuffed. She then told me that I would have to call the police and file a police report in order to get her to review the camera footage at this point I had been in the store for far too long and, my ride was going to leave me at the store so I had to leave. I immediately chose to report this to corporate and file this report and was told I would be contacted very soon and was given an apology for what had happened but assured it would be resolved, a few days later, I was contacted by one of Walmart so-called coaches, and she proceeded to ask me to explain the situation which I politely did even though I had already done this now at least twice, and I was quite certain she was not aware of what had happened because of the initial act, but then the follow up complaint to corporate her assurances and promise to reach out to me again in the next few days was extremely unbelievable and I could tell by the tone of her voice that she had no interest in resolving this and that she was doing the minimum required follow up. I'm sure with no plans to return my property to me, I still have not gotten my monitor back, so yes, believe it or not Walmart is now in the business of stealing property from its customers and then trying to conceal the act when they are confronted. I am still to this day blown away And what little faith I had in corporate, making sure I was returned. My property has now dissipated over the length of time which I have not been contacted again and still without my property. I guess my next move will have to be filing a small claim fact that I is a customer who did nothing wrong and has very little time or money for such a thing is now being forced to, take Walmart to court over something that they could never defend against is really heartbreaking and frustrating and I hope everyone who is reading th

This location is pretty ghetto and sketchy. We're traveling and had to sleep in the parking lot. I give it a star because they let us. It was a hassle to buy stuff in there because everything is locked behind plexiglass. Then they have a cashier at every self checkout you can't even ring up your own stuff. I don't like spending money and be treated like a criminal. I think it's kinda racist to lock stuff up like that and not let people check there own items out. If you like the hostess mash ups " blonde ding dongs" this store has them. I bought 4 packs because I can't hardly find them. This store has good variety of sweets. Other than that , I can't find anything else to post about.

If you go early it's not bad. No fights or problems. Still the best place for bargains; you get a lot for your money. Just go early. And the grocery pickup is still free, and still a good option.

Among the three up here in the high desert, this is the one I go most often. Notwithstanding the coming new one, this has the most floor area and selection. Best food section. Check out lines the longest. Stock situation still variable since COVID, especially supplements like vitamins, but I seldom stay with one specific item. Staff least friendly for the understandable reason that they are very busy. Price marking and display hit and miss, I wish they reinstate the price scanners.
