Most of these people's problems, including mine could've been solved if someone was greeting us at the door instead of waiting 20 mins in line. There was 20 people in line with 2 tellers! The 3rd one left randomly!! Management needs to be more customer oriented!! The elderly had to wait in that long line as well, so sad!

It's a Friday and they only have 2 tellers. Poor planning on their side, and just a bad business model. This place sucks and they don't show any concern for anyone's time. People are literally making line outside the door and leaving cause this place is badly managed. I would not recommend Wells Fargo banking for anyone that values saving time.

Worst bank ever. Corrupt CEO, sued multiple times for stealing from customers. Extremely long wait times over the phone and at all locations. Went in to open an account (had to use specifically WF for work) and was told to wait just a moment for service. Waited for 2 hours (had to to start my new job). This week my pin wouldn't work and they can't help you over the phone, so I had to go in. Again, waiting for two hours. Couldn't access my money, but was hosting an event the next day and needed supplies. Hate this bank and branch.

Horrible service I waited for an hour so they can tell me they don't have a chance to see me as I look at all the workers here just having full on conversations amongst the customers I wanted to open a bank account and I guess that's not gonna happen due to the workers talking about there vacations and kids not professional at all don't recommend this place to no one basura garbage
