3 employees on a Wednesday afternoon and a long long line. Think it's time to move everything to a bank that can staff appropriately. I needed to do three things however, you're not allowed to talk to a banker without an appointment, so at no point will I ever be able to talk to Baker at the bank? We were at the bank for a cashiers check and to get cash and it took half an hour. There was this kid who was coughing and touching his mouth and running it all over the counter, the pens, the keypads, so, when I got up to the window, I asked for sanitizing wipe to wipe everything down. You can see a picture of the wife, that I attached, Everything is absolutely disgusting, the manager of the bank should be ashamed of themselves , people are gonna cough and sneeze but if you run a business you need to be able to maintain your spaces.

They do not respect appointments or schedules, I have been there for quite some time and they have not reached out to me and the manager does not keep track of appointments.

I went inside to cash a $3500.00 check from a company they had me wait for 25 minutes looking over at me and making remarks about that’s like the same check I got the other day so I asked what was the problem they said they tried calling but can’t get ahold of him but I called him and got ahold of him same number on check I ended up just depositing it I’m pretty sure they were profiling me

Waiting outside in a line for 20 minutes just to enter the bank. Then another 20 inside the bank. Why?? This is not a safe neighborhood to be standing out there with money. Maybe speed up your customer service. Spent Almost an hour just waiting to be helped.

If I can give this trash hole a -1 I would !! They have just horrible slowww service !!! How u gonna have someone wait to talk to person for over a hour or two !!!! How about u hire more people Wells Fargo because one or two people at a desk is fucken ridiculous!!!!! .. beeen here still 12am and it's gonna be 3 pm and I'm still waiting .. ridiculous!!!! How u gonna wait in a lobby with dead plants and air smelling like shit ...

Waited over 2 hours (on the waiting list even) to open a new account and had to finally leave without doing so because they said they can't fit us in to open a new account that takes 45 MINUTES!!!. Do yourselves a favor and bank anywhere else than here. I've never in my lifetime spent this long in a bank. EVER

So I made an appointment to meet with a banker at Wells Fargo. I had to wait two weeks for this appointment because the only day I’m available is on Monday I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early and ask the security guard who has a list of appointments to let them know that I’m here. The security guard told me to take a seat, I spoke to two other bankers, asking people in line if they had an appointment or not each time giving my name, after waiting for 45 minutes, I finally inquired again with one of the bankers who I spoke to previously. Apparently I was at the wrong location and no one had actually checked to see if my name was on the list. I waited two weeks and sat there for 45 minutes for nothing. All they would’ve had to do is confirm that I indeed was on the list, but each person failed to do so. Needless to say I am never going to dislocation again for any reason. I tried to call after I left to make a complaint and even though they weren’t busy, I couldn’t get a hold of anybody for 30 minutes.

Negative stars should be an option. I am glad I don't have to deal with wells fargo on a regular basis. We had to have a home insurance check endorsed. After driving 45 minutes one way and waiting over 30 minutes I was refused and told I would have to come back another day. The bank manager refused to call the Wells Fargo loss department or do anything else to help me. I will be following up with a formal complaint and bbb complaint.

Friday, 3/17/23, at 1230 pm there were 2 tellers. I had left my wallet at my work which was 60 miles away south on the 15 Freeway. Anyone knows Friday traffic on the 15 freeway is ranked right up there with a root canal. I needed some cash for the weekend and figured I would come to this Wells Fargo because the last thing I wanted to do was go back down the hill and fight traffic coming back up. I waited 20 mins for a teller and told her I left my wallet at work and just needed a little cash for the weekend till Monday when I go back to work. She had an attitude and said I would need my CDL. I told her I have a government ID (work) and a picture of my CDL, along with my SSN card, insurance card. She can also check my signature cards. She asked how much I would want. I said $500. She said she would give me $100 in a patronizing tone. I told her, "So it's not a matter of ID verification?" She said "A hundred bucks is the best you're going to get." I asked if there was any other way to verify my ID. She said, "Nope." I said if I have to drive 3 hrs in traffic, I will return to close my accounts. She shrugged. I left and drove 3 hrs in traffic and returned. I waited 35 mins in line because they still only had 2 tellers. Friday at 330 pm. I went to the 2nd teller and gave her my ID telling her I wished to close my accounts and give me my balance in cash. She looked and said they may not have that much money. I told her I demand my account balance in cash and told her what I just went through. As I spoke (calmly) the teller next to her that helped me smirked and looked over my teller's shoulder and said, "Yup, that was me." What a messed up attitude. My teller was super cool and apologized for her co worker and said there was definitely other ways to verify identity. I shrugged and asked for large bills. I was told I could not officially close my accounts until Monday and to make an appt to do such. I told her I wouldn't but I will close the accounts over the phone on Monday. Can't believe the smug, childish attitude that negatively affects customers simply because the little girl teller wanted to be a B. Nope, I'm done, I'll find another bank. One that cares about customers without the attitude. I have a feeling since I came from work the teller judged me and my finances. She misjudged. I will be taking the time to write a letter to corporate. If you are looking at the teller windows, she was the one to the far left. Was there at 1230 hrs and was at the same window at 330 pm when I returned. Young, dark hair, hispanic, nasty disposition.

This is the absolute worst bank branch period. Thinking of stopping here after work or when in a rush? Plan on waiting in line for 30-45 minutes. Never more than three tellers "working". Manager is rude and unprofessional.
