Switching banks cause coming here and seeing one teller with a line of 15 people is ridiculous. I don’t have 4 hours to wait.

I can't understand Wells FargoI make deposits in a business account for someone. I've experienced this in multiple branches in Texas and California same smug scenario. All these customers and I swear I only ever see 2 tellers and at least 2 people walking around in dress clothes. I hate even making deposits at this bank. It never fails to disappoint. If you need to go on lunch break? Forget it. Take the day off, I have to do deposits on my days off with this particular bank. I wish my clients would change banks.

I had an appointment at 12 and arrived at 11:20am I asked Israel if I can be seen now or if not I'll get lunch and come back at 12 or a later time and he said no just wait 10 minutes and you will be seen. I waited 40 minutes and now I head back to work with no lunch and didn't even get seen. Don't bother wasting your time or believing in Israel, very unprofessional and frustrating.

If you are a business owner go somewhere else. They do not have a merchant line. You will spend way too much time in line. Time to change to a bank that is more business friendly.

The Saturday hours during the Holiday Season, with 15 days until Christmas are ridiculous. Nine AM to twelve, 3 hours is useless. Thanks Wells Fargo corporate!

Most of these people's problems, including mine could've been solved if someone was greeting us at the door instead of waiting 20 mins in line. There was 20 people in line with 2 tellers! The 3rd one left randomly!! Management needs to be more customer oriented!! The elderly had to wait in that long line as well, so sad!

They are super slow. There's a person in management that is just sitting at her desk doing nothing to help. I remember when there was a different person At that desk she would jump on the Teller line to help. Things have really changed!!

Not enough tellers. This happens way too often. Thirteen customers waiting in line and TWO tellers. C’mon Wells Fargo. Open the purse a bit. Spend some money on more help for your customers. Nobody in line was happy about waiting this long for service. Not only will your customers be happy but so will your employees. I can’t imagine the amount of pressure your tellers feel for being so short handed. I can’t imagine keeping my account much longer if things don’t change. This is the exact reason I left Bank of America.

It's a Friday and they only have 2 tellers. Poor planning on their side, and just a bad business model. This place sucks and they don't show any concern for anyone's time. People are literally making line outside the door and leaving cause this place is badly managed. I would not recommend Wells Fargo banking for anyone that values saving time.

No customer service. Waited over 30 minutes just for them to deny me service when another branch said it was not an issue. Only two workers multiple times I go in atleast once a month. Why even open a branch if you only have two workers? They need to hire more people and improve service. They make me want to reconsider who I bank with.
