Most of these people's problems, including mine could've been solved if someone was greeting us at the door instead of waiting 20 mins in line. There was 20 people in line with 2 tellers! The 3rd one left randomly!! Management needs to be more customer oriented!! The elderly had to wait in that long line as well, so sad!

It's a Friday and they only have 2 tellers. Poor planning on their side, and just a bad business model. This place sucks and they don't show any concern for anyone's time. People are literally making line outside the door and leaving cause this place is badly managed. I would not recommend Wells Fargo banking for anyone that values saving time.

Worst bank ever. Corrupt CEO, sued multiple times for stealing from customers. Extremely long wait times over the phone and at all locations. Went in to open an account (had to use specifically WF for work) and was told to wait just a moment for service. Waited for 2 hours (had to to start my new job). This week my pin wouldn't work and they can't help you over the phone, so I had to go in. Again, waiting for two hours. Couldn't access my money, but was hosting an event the next day and needed supplies. Hate this bank and branch.

Horrible service I waited for an hour so they can tell me they don't have a chance to see me as I look at all the workers here just having full on conversations amongst the customers I wanted to open a bank account and I guess that's not gonna happen due to the workers talking about there vacations and kids not professional at all don't recommend this place to no one basura garbage

I and my husband went to Wells Fargo this location in Victorville. And I got a very bad service from them. We went to hesperia to get notary for our business paperwork since we have a business account with Wells Fargo but they told us that they don't have one that day so they called and sent us to one in hesperia Rd in Victorville to see the lady named Megan, but unfortunately she can't give us with a notary just because we already filled out our name on paperwork and she let us go back to get other new paperwork and when we came back the front lady asked us what do we need we said we need a notary and she answered OH NO WE DON'T DO NOTARY HERE! It ok if they can't help, but why they have to lie. I'm so disappointed with service I'm doing this notary for my new coming restaurant business paperwork and looking to have other business account with Wells Fargo again, but yesterday they showed me how dishonest they are. The bank is mean where you keep your trust so you can keep your money with, but since they are lie so how can people trust them anymore.

You know... I have been a Wells Fargo Customer since the EARLY 90s! I personally have NEVER had any issues with them... however my husband cannot STAND Wells Fargo for many reasons I wont go INTO... but this particular location I have been to a few times. When I went inside, the line went pretty fast. I've only been inside this branch on Hesperia ONCE so far. I've been to the ATM twice... and I FEEL like they need to put ONE more outside for the drive-thru. Sometimes that drive-thru can get CROWDED. They have MORE walk up ATMs than drive-thru ones!?

After all the bad business practices by Wells Fargo I finally decided to close my account. After 30 years banking with them, they didn't even ask me why I was leaving.

Talk is cheap here.... nobody ever says what the mean. My advice is document.... document.... With the recent credit card fraud headline(s) a two star rating is more than generous! Their internal practices are ruthless and used against you. It's a good time make a run on this banks to get Ur money! An example, would be my green back re-up deposit (date) followed up by a nasty email one later!

I'm giving this WF 1 star ONLY because I don't know how else to describe how terrible this branch is. Trust me, drive to another state before coming back!
