An older woman employee wouldn’t allow my 25-year old husband with an ID to buy NyQuil and DayQuil. She said he needed to be at least 30 years old. Going to Target instead.

Do NOT buy gift cards here. Bought 2 $100 gift cards for Sephora. Both came up as 0 balance when tried to use. Cards did not seem tampered with at all. Was told that most likely scammers tampered with card inside store. I asked cashier what recourse I had and she asked which card I purchased and once I told her Sephora she responded “Oh there is always a problem with Sephora cards”WHY would Ralph’s sell Sephora cards to unsuspecting people like myself when they KNOW there is a problem with the cards? Why aren’t the cards under lock and key as to avoid this problem? Iam now out $200 with absolutely no recourse from Ralph’s in Villa Park where I purchased the cards from!

Decided to leave a review after multiple calls to try to reach a manager in the deli department regarding a refund request for the undercook turkey breast.Preordered a turkey breast for pick on 11/22 arrived and found the turkey breast was not there. The nice lady who took my preorder stated she saw it there waiting for me with my slip attached and now it was gone. I had to reorder for pick up for 11/23. I arrived by 11am; the order was ready.By 6:30 pm I started cutting into the turkey it was completely pink. Thankfully I had other meat items to eat for dinner or Thanksgiving would have been a dud. I wasted gas 2x but dodged Salmonella.I finally was able to get a hold of the store manager to inform him of what happened. He offerred a refund.Next year I will order from somewhere else.

Recently I visited this store for the first time. I Was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the manager.Cindy, helped me find what I needed.I ask her how long she had worked for the companyand she told me 45 years. It is rare nowadays for people to stay a job and do it well for so long.

Not so good service today. New lady at the self checkout. She spoke very little, and when she did speak, she was very rude; The self checkout register prompted me to give my coupons to the attendant. The attendant was busy chatting with someone. So I waited and after 5 minutes, I went directly up to her to hand her the coupons. She responded very rudely stating that she was aware and that’s why she’s about to come over to help me. She scanned her employee card and she proceeded to walk back to her station without even bothering to tell me that she already cleared the problem…A minute later, the register popped up with another message asking for the attendant. She came back and rudely commented that she already finished helping me the first time and all I needed to do was pay for my items, making me feel very little…Please have better communication next time and be more friendly. I went into the store happy, but left the store in a bad mood.

Not the best service today....I know they are re-doing the floors there..very dusty.....the lady who bagged our groceries..pretty much smashed things..cereal, sugar...the bag ripped..and the masa bag opened..got all over my other things. Hot dog buns squished..yikes . Oh well..just a liitle ricked off???

Welcome to Ralph's "Fresh Faire". You may ask what makes this place different than a standard Ralph's. As far as I can tell the only difference is they charge for the medium size what another supermarket would charge for the large size. I've put up with it for years. Last night I attempted to use the self check out. It wouldn't let me check out. There was someone there working but apparently they don't offer you help in the self check out. So I left. I won't be back. Last straw. Stater Brothers on Chapman is way better. They don't even have self check out. They actually have employees that help you.

Every time I go into this Ralph's the employees are always so helpful and so nice. Sara is such a sweetheart every time she has helped me and I appreciate her a lot. I would recommend this store to everybody. Even Andrew the manager is amazing and always has a great attitude. You guys are the best and the only store I shop at and I never go anyways else.
