I’ve been coming to this store since I was 3 years old, and not ONCE have I ever had a bad experience. Not even a little tiny one‼️ the employees are always nice, place is always clean and food is always fresh! And if they don’t have what you want, they’ll make it for you‼️
Some of my friends have said they didn’t like the place because some of the employees look “grumpy” or “unfriendly” but everyone is always nice, always reciprocates with small talk and just really chill in general.
Sam is the nicest guy I’ve ever met, he’s been there forever (honestly believe he’s always been there, they just built the store around him!?) if you start a conversation with him he’ll genuinely tell you about his day, how it’s going if it’s good or bad, the textbook definition of how a customer service employee should be!
Unlike those losers next door at AM/PM who are always rude and try to hustle you, the guys at 7/11 will treat you right regardless of how their day is going. Keep being awesome ‼️

Worst customer service. I went to the 7 eleven with my 3 sisters and right away the cashier stands next to the door with a broom just staring at us while we're shopping. One of my sisters grabbed beer for herself and the rest of us just got snacks but since we were with her he wanted to ID all of us and of course we had left our wallets in the car (since we usually pay with Apple Pay). We said we're sorry we only have one ID and we'll just pay for the chips. And he yells at us telling us we can not buy any snacks from there nor the beer, so we are kind enough to put it away for him and he yells at us again to just leave it on the counter. Never felt so scared and confused ever. We were just watched the whole time being there. The owner or someone needs to control his attitude and how he is with the stores customers. Especially to be acting like that to 3 women. Just imagine a guy with a broom blocking the door. Scary. Literally the only reason we went to the store with her was because as a women it's scary to go alone at night, never knowing what could happen, but to be scared inside a gas station by the own cashier? You can't trust no one not knowing what could happen.

dangerous...my grandson got down for me because there were several vagrants near by and ended up attacking him the vagrant was put out quickly but my grandson did not enjoy punching infected folk in the teeth a round of antibiotics and hes fine same place with my mother in law my grandson happened to pull up we got attacked he used his feet this time he kicked him up side the head...very dangerous but the coffee is good hahaa

Stopped in quickly to buy a Red Bull and a lottery ticket . Every Lunar New Year day, I make it a tradition to buy 1 Lunar New Year Lottery ticket. Each year, I have always won something and this year was no exception. For my $1 ticket ,I won $2 ...... wow . I'm really not a lottery ticket fan otherwise I would buy more. A $20 Lunar New Year ticket is available as well.Service at this 7-11 is friendly and the employees are helpful*** 22 January 2023 ***
