Purchased my tags with Jennifer here at the Visalia location and she was Great! She's polite and always happy to help. Person at the front desk needs to not be so snippy with her words. The way she talked to me was with an attitude. Thank you Jennifer for making my visit a good one! ?

My husband went to pay registration for my car today and was told he couldn't do it because the car is in my name. We have a joint AAA account and all our cars are on it. She said she was the supervisor so I guess she knows the rules. He said she was rubbing her hands together all excited because it was time to close so he thought she just didn't feel like helping us. I mean this is absolutely nonsensical. He's paid our registration for our cars for the past 6 years we've had this account. Suddenly it's not okay. What is going on with them. We wait two hours for tow truck when we have a flat tire. And now we can't even pay our registration which is supposed to be one of the benefits to membership. Terrible

I had some unusual questions and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I completed DMV auto registration that went smoothly and quickly. I also changed from my current auto carrier to AAA for about half the price I was paying for a little better coverage. I have had AAA in the past and had no problems. Check them out.

I called 1(844) 518-0984. I'm a 15-year AAA member and have had car insurance with AAA for probably just as long. Things have been financially tough and my car insurance got cancelled recently. I called a couple of days ago and paid it off. I just got off the phone with Scott and he says that if I want my insurance back I will have to pay for the entire year today. Are you kidding me? I wish I didn't renew my roadside with these guys the other day. Oh well. A blessing in disguise. I needed cheaper insurance anyway. AAA doesn't care about their customers.

I've been a AAA member for a long time. I called Saturday and left a message about a DMV question, nobody returned my call. Today 1/22 I called again and left the same message. Again no return call.

AAA website says that this location does veteran license plates. However this location turned me away stating this was not true. Felt like they were just in a hurry to turn me away, rather than actually help me.

My husband and I visited the Visalia AAA office. The customer service was extremely poor. We had 3 different items we needed to take care of. The front clerk was not friendly at all. We had to wait to meet with the DMV clerk, once we finished with them, had to go back up front wait for insurance to call us back, last thing I wanted to make our home owners insurance payment again had to go out to the front to wait yet again. Needless to say I left and put it in the mail. You have to many people sitting up front doing nothing. Will be looking for another insurance company to do business with. This office used to have friendly helpful associates to help you.

Horrible, stay away….. away!! From Stephen Snider he’s a fraud and horrible agent. He lies and will put down the wrong info just to get a sell…I got charge $200 more than what my monthly payments were, I wanted to cancel my policy the second day but was told I could t get my money back and that I had to pay to leave the insurance. Snider shouldn’t have a job, if he did this to me I pretty sure he’s done this before. People depend off these checks they earn and for them just to take people money is wiiiillldddd. Now I’m down money with no insurance this month

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAMIE AT VISALIA LOCATION. SHE WILL PURPOSELY MESS UP WHAT YOU ASK FOR AS A CUSTOMER AND GIVES FINANCIAL ADVICE WHEN SHE DON'T NEED TO. JAMIE HAS MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND MADE MY ACCOUNT NEGATIVE W/O ANY REIMBURSEMENT. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

December 5, 2022To Whom It May Concern:Regarding your request for feedback concerning my most recent experience with AAA:The person you sent out on the call was apparently equipped to do nothing morethan test the battery, and then, when it wouldn’t start, and he had determinedthat the battery was good, suggest that my car be towed to either themanufacturer’s facility, or preferably to the shop where he is employed. Iallowed that, in good faith, believing that, at the very least, someone would run adiagnostic and notify me of what steps should be taken next. This was early inthe morning and I waited hours with no word from the shop. Finally, I calledthem, and was told that one of the people who was able to run a diagnostic hadnot come to work that day and, the ONLY other person who could do it was at afuneral. Yet, no one had bothered to call. Finally the supervisor called about4pmI asked whether someone would run it that afternoon, and contactme. Their answer was, “There are cars ahead of you, so, probably NOT.”I called again the next morning, and was told AGAIN, the “qualified person”was not in. At that point I called AAA for assistance, and was told there wasnothing you could do about the situation! WHAT am I paying you people for!?Again I heard nothing back from the shop, until late in the afternoon I received acall from the shop foreman, telling me to come pick up my car as there wasnothing wrong with it!If this is what exemplifies “customer service” in your mind, I would beembarrassed to work for AAA. Based on this experience, I could never give agood rating to AAA, or to the shop where my car was taken, which is one ofyour recommended options to represent you as a company. This poor level of“customer service” is pure negligence on the part of AAA, in determining whichproviders will characterize your brand to your customers.

A company that just makes so much sense to have on your side in case of stupid No Sense Having Idiots that prob got there license out of a cracker jack box decide not to pay attention to the other drivers and slam there front straight up your rear and then try to run, at least you know with AAA your going to be taken care of for real and your treated lile family. Thanks AAA.
