Every month they find something add more payments!...act very unprofessional...please be careful with them don't believe what they say

Called and asked if they have any air conditioners in stock. Which they said no but they can order 1, takes a week. It's hot right now I need 1 now, not a week from now.

Extremely unreliable, have waited almost a month for my product, still have not received product I have ordered, they continue to schedule my delivery on the days and hours I work. I’m paying for a product I have not received in time yet.

So unprofessional. They missed my delivery time and didn’t even call me to notify me that they were not coming at all ! Then they want to reschedule me out more ! Can’t even give me a manager because they are in “between manager ”. Spoke with Mike who said he was a sales manager and puts me on hold just to have some other employee assist me. Very unprofessional!

I have ordered a love seat and sofa for my house.. been waiting two months for my sofa .. I was told by the store manager from Visalia the first Friday in January it would be ordered… was told it will be delivered today 1/13 between 11-3.. it is 650 they are closed and still waiting .. called around 4pm.. was told to hold so she can call the driver and was told they are on lunch and I was the next delivery….i have been a loyal customer for years for all of this run around.. very disgusted with the lack of service I have received

I have been an Aaron's customer for many many years. Usually they do right by you and I had generally good experiences. Albeit when it comes to Dryers. We just got another dryer and it takes at least 4 times to dry towels. Called and let them know. They said they would have someone call me back. Never happened. So, called customer service. They said someone should call you back. That was two months ago and still not a single call. Yes, they try to call and push new deals but never a resolution to my dryer issues.I'm guessing this will be my last contract with Aaron's. Such a shame they value you less until it's time to renew your contract.

My husband was approved, looking to furish a whole house called 3x's no answer & hung up on 2x. Not a good start Rent a center is where I need to go obviously Aaron's don't want my business. Thanks. I say no stars. Rude customer service. Where is the new location went by last night and it looked like it was empty.

I wanted to pay off my computer and was told $417. I couldn’t pay the hole thing I payed $300. I can back 4 days latter and it was still $417 to pay it off. The employees could not tell me why it was so much again and just that there are extra fees. When I asked what fees they could say what there for. I asked for the manager and the lady said I am. Then when I brought up the fact she doesn’t know anything she said the manager will be in latter. Took my information. Never called me back. I called every 2 hours to the same laid saying she the manager and then saying the manager would call me back. I even called corporate and still have not gotten a call back. Be careful they will lye and still from you.

I've had the best sales persons help me , I'm on a very skinny budget but they made sure my payment is very reasonable and they worked within my budget. Very please with my mattress and air motion frame plus my dresser

Love my couches, the lady that helped me was great too. I forgot her name but it was easy and seamless. The only reason I won’t make this 5 stars is because I called the store about missing a throw pillow that went with my couch the manager said he would call me back and that was on Monday. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but obviously I’m not getting a call back. Just would be nice to get what I paid for.
