When this place was Visalia Lumber it was my go to spot. Super friendly super helpful. Went in there after new ownership and older guy behind counter completely ignored me until I asked him a question and then acted like it was a huge bother to answer and basically told me he couldn't help me and turned around and continued to ignore me some more. I walked out went to Home Depot and got immediate help, real unfortunate because I like to use local businesses but I'll never go back here again.

Visalia Lumber Co. Is a place to visit when looking for that unusual piece of molding to finish your project. I came in here with a small sample, and shortly after, walked out with a piece of molding which matched. Besides lumber and the usual items that you may find in a Big Box Store, here you will find some of the better quality tools that you will not find elsewhere. Give them a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised...and they do have great customer service.

Bought a door and they loaded it into my truck and it was damaged. Called them back to let them know and they refused to replace the door. I have bought doors and supplies here for years. Not anymore.

The place must be a front for some shady enterprise. They don’t take orders for lumber. Yet they keep you hanging for weeks for an order that was never placed. Very unprofessional!!

The office workers are clueless of the prices and inventory they have.The yard workers in the back were very helpful and knowledgeable. I think I give them another chance the next time around.

I had a pretty simple question about a light switch that I was trying to install. After being rudely turned away at medallion supply, I came across Visalia Lumber Company. There was an older, very knowledgeable gentleman there (I think he was the manager) who was more than happy to help me. I have some extensive work coming up in the future and I will be purchasing my supplies from Visalia Lumber Company. Thanks again for your kind assistance! Just goes to show that a couple of minutes to help your fellow man, can be quite profitable in the future!

A true asset to visalia this is a complete model store for a true hardware store they staff is always helpful and down to earth its refreshing its another blast from the past that you have got to admire

Doesnt have everything a full Ace store would have but has alot of what you need. It is a lot quicker than going to Lowes or Home Depot. People are friendly. Home town feel.
