He was wonderful to work with... professional and super responsive! We had a leak after rehooking up our washer and his guys were out the following Monday to put everything back together for us. Love our new floors and baseboards!

We worked with Brian to replace all the flooring in our home with luxury vinyl and love the look and feel of the floors. Brian was recommended by our contractor and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product, his professionalism and his communication throughout the job. He is very easy to work with and very responsive to the questions we had. His installer, Gabe Gary and his team went above and beyond to get the flooring right after running into an unforseeable snag once the old flooring was removed. The luxury vinyl is beautiful and we appreciate the outstanding work which made all the difference in updating our home. I highly recommend Brian and Gabe!

Brian was very professional. He takes to explain the details and do not try rush for decision. He made sure flooring job was completed at scheduled time and customer is satisfied.

The worse 3 years my floor is coming up all over baseboards bad. The 2 rooms carpets is coming up. The shower he sublet out is not even. People find someone else spend more trust me.F Crumrine

Nothing to update except almost everywhere you walk the floor is up. In some places it will cut your foot. Also if you are having a shower do over do not let this guy use his friend. Rating on both companies 1.

This business owner. Brian is one of the most unreliable, undependable, and dishonest person's i have ever encountered. This man tells customers to text him on all related matters because it is his preferred method to communicate with his customers. He does respond to text messages and he never will answer incoming calls. The only way to make contact with man is if you show up in person at his showroom. However, he does the dog and pony show and will make promises that he never fulfills. Do not buy from this man who uses inadequate subcontractors to install the flooring he sells you. Brian was really great at getting my floors done...responsive to texts, etc. but two moldings were missing so i waited patiently for him to order them. Time passes and Covid happens. After almost a year I reach out and he's again, quick to respond...but no follow up. Waiting. Text again...he's still on it. Then my sister in law moves into town and she gets some work done by Brian (I still gave him the benefit of doubt and referred my SIL to him)...she also lets him know that we're still waiting for the moldings. He's like yea of course...I'll reach out. Nothing. He is now not responding to any of my texts or picking up any of my calls. Please don't support this establishment. He's not an honest businessman.

Wonderful experience! Brian Keeley was very professional, patient, and showed us options for flooring choices, always within budget. His shop has lots of choices and has samples on the floor so you can see clearly and can imagine how it can look in your own home. He lends you samples so you can take them home to see how they look in your own home, by the light of your windows, skylights, sliding doors etc. Communication is excellent and he coordinates and oversees the installation. Very responsive to any issues and makes sure that job gets done in a timely manner. Would recommend to all who are looking for flooring installers in Visalia and surrounding areas.

Nowadays you don't just let anyone in your home, but for me, after meeting Brian, I had no concerns inviting him and his crew into my home to bring our vision for floors to life. Brian was transparent about what the costs were, he was honest about what we could do, and he was creative in finding ways for us to save money and pick the best option.We loved the samples he provided and suggestions he made. Brian was very communicative, especially via text.The team Brian sent for installation was professional and skilled in their work, and they finished when they said they would! That's rare in construction and remodel in my experience. I highly recommend Brian to take care of your flooring needs! Also, the vinyl plank flooring is the way to go!!!At the very least, do your due diligence and make him your first choice for a second opinion.

Brian is super nice and was really great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently walked us through the whole process of finding the perfect flooring for our style and budget (very reasonable prices!). When it came time to install, his crew worked in a timely fashion while paying attention to detail and keeping us informed on progress and timeline. We are so incredibly happy with our new floors and the entire process. I would highly recommend Brian Keeley's American Floors to anyone.
