German, he's tall, skinny, entitled, and has PTSD from customers paying with coins. He took my $6 in quarters. But refused my $.38 (one quarter, one dime, and 3 pennies). He said no several times and gave me rude gestures. I'm just going home after a long day of work. I'm a regular customer here too. He needs correction MANAGEMENT!
This is the last straw. He's been rude a dozen times before too. I've witnessed him being mean to children too.

Why is it business are so hard up about allowing customers to use the restroom. I get it..I guess..if I'm not buying anything I cannot use a few squares of TP and the water one flush amounts to. Lesson learned. Most of these employees are always rude. Go down just a bit to 7-11 or the Flyers across the street.

I was there Friday 6-9-23 after 8:30pm. I walked in with my handicapped daughter. Got a soda, slushy and chips plus I put 40 dollars of gas on my card on pump 19. I didn’t bother checking my receipt. I walked to pump gas. Nothing came out. I tried for a couple of minutes. I pressed the help button since I didn’t want to leave my handicapped daughter alone in car if I went inside. No response. I pushed it two times. I had to go inside. I told Cristina nothing came out and I had pushed button for help. After looking at my receipt I noticed she had put it on pump 18. She said I had said 18. I told her to check camera, when I came in I was only car there. There was no other car. She said to go and pump on 19 and it would work now. I went back outside. Tried again but no luck. I went inside again. I told her it wasn’t working still. She said I had said 18. Told her to check the cameras. I was the only car there. Why would I say 18 if it was on way behind my car. Lady from pump 18 had come inside. She was there as I talked to Cristina. She said her sister had payed 20 cash on 18 . It had to be after me since I was only car when I pulled upstairs it only makes sense to me if I payed with a card, why would they out twenty more on same pump in cash. My daughter walks super slow so she started to pump on 18 even though I was charged 1st. So when I tried, I got nothing even though I went inside to ask why I wasn’t getting any gas. Other lady payed with her card on 19 after the confusion but since I took less gas (28 dollars) I couldn’t get my change back. I went inside to get my change back and Cristina said I couldn’t get anything back since lady payed with card. The change would go to her card. Told her I payed with card too, besides I didn’t even know the other lady. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. Told her I needed my change back. Other people in line said to call police. I didn’t call because I would have scared my handicapped daughter. I was already upset by this time. She told me to come back tomorrow (Saturday)and speak to owner/manger. Told her how would he believe me. She said they could look at the cameras. I explain I had said the same thing. To look at the cameras and she would see I was the only one when I pulled up it just happened the other lady pulled up after me and walked faster than me because my daughter walked slow.. I still have receipt. She told me to come back on Saturday between 3pm to 11pm since that was her work schedule. She would fix it then I guess. I didn’t go back since I don’t live in visalia and I don’t want to be dragging my handicapped daughter with me. It’s so hard to get her out of the house as it is. To get 12 dollars back wasn’t worth it. If they could have fixed it by looking at cameras day after, why couldn’t they fix it when I said to look at the cameras to show I was the only car when I got there? So disappointed. It wasn’t worth arguing to make my daughter upset since I wanted to yell at this point. I was very upset at that point more because of the attitude of Cristina saying she couldn’t do anything and it wasn’t her fault. I know accidents happen and a simple I’m sorry would have been enough. When I asked if she could write a message to owner/manager about it, she didn’t. She just did they could look at cameras.

I love this store. I love it how their cookies are always fresh, the store is much cleaner then other ampms. When I ask for any hot food that they don't have they always go make it for me. The guys upfront are super nice. There's many ampms but this is my favorite if u want something fresh

Dear owner....your young rude clerks are very good at waisting paying customers who are just trying to make YOU more money with some professional courtesy.I am also a business owner and I know that you wouldn't like how they are making your store look because they do this when you are not there ONLY....Ive seen this and know you some what. Who you are and I have wanted to tell you about 10 different times this has happened about this and now I am. havflreasontjudge somebody on they are appearance you know as a matter of fact I am a business owner in this area I own a mobile RV

They do not Honor the Posted Prices that they put. Prices for a couple items that i wanted to purchase where double the price of what their price tag is. They are stealing from their Regular Customers and it is not right.

I bought Christmas old beer didn't notice it was already opened just taped up on both sides. The workers gave me a weird look but now I know why they knew it was old and already open. Will never go here or get gas again F that place!
