He try to charge me $5 dollar for a 32 Oz refill of coffee, but he give me a 50% discount but he told me next time it will be no discount..
I will not call you I just want to know how much you usually charge for a refill?..
I have maybe more than 5 bad experience 7n this Am Pm store, all the employees said that they are the owner and they have their own prices..
$5 dollars for a refill is way to much..

Gas is moderately priced, and inside is relatively clean. However, this location doesn’t participate in the AMPM Rewards app, despite being equipped to scan bar codes. They will not honor your rewards on your app, nor will you get scratchers for purchases made here.

Don’t use their car wash. You’ll lose your money. It will work for a like 2-3 mins then it shuts off. It happened twice to me. Not going back there again bc they don’t fix it. You can read older reviews about their car wash. Owner, No need to reply with a 1-800#. Just get it fix ASAP so others don’t get ripped off.

I have been going to this gas station for the last five years and I have never been so mistreated by an employee who works here named Cindy. She is completely rude and to be honest she seems racist every time you go in she throws your money at you she does not greet you. She does not say thank you she gives you dirty looks and be very disrespectful if you need any type of help whatsoever, I do not recommend dealing with this employee. Hopefully a manager sees this. This definitely needs to be taken care of because it’s just completely wrong to treat people like that if you don’t like where you work then just quit lady whose name is Cindy!!! Hopefully this gets taken care of or else I will be unfortunately reaching out to the corporate office. Thank you.

Do not buy/use the car wash. I purchased an Ultimate and it stopped and never finished and dried my car. I had to go home and wash the hood windshield and to and dry my car. Waist of money

This morning we visited AMPM On Dinuba boulevard in Visalia California myself and my grandchildren all Went inside picked out our things got in line paid for them card terminal daid approved and then the power went out after we clearly saw it ho through I was told that because the power went out and they couldn't print the receipt I was not allowed to take my things nor were my grandchildren I called my bank immediately showed on my app that the charge had went through actually went down to my bank and had somebody verified it It even had a ATM teller on the phone on speaker and called AMPM on a separate phone on speaker and they refuse to acknowledge the charge and she also told me I doubt you're from bank of the Sierra and told the teller that she was not from the bank,my tellers reaction was like wow they are very rude and unprofessional then the clerk went on to verbally taunt the teller then the teller hung up as the conversation was going no where AMPM still did not allow us to take our stuff all 3 of the cashiers there were very very rude very disrespectful and said if we didn't like it call corporate because they won't do anything anyway When asked for her name or manager she refused to give it as well at this point I will never ever visit another AMPM in this town again Do not visit Visalia AMPM they are rude and will rip you off with no repercussions from their boss

My wife goes in to buy an energy drink and a cookie and the charger $25 and now I'm having problems with them refunding the extra money that they took from us all I get is excuses after excuses oh the managers isn't here oh no one can help you with that oh this this place did the same thing to me once and I caught them and then they try to tell me oh be careful when I brought it to their attention

No soap, nasty surfaces, toilet tissue on back of toilet. Only one bathroom available, other is employee only. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Aren't they supposed to check on this periodically? Jazzy was working the soda fountain but never looked inside the bathroom.
