This store is amazing! Anna and Alexandra and staff here are so helpful! Best experiences I have ever had dealing with Att. I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years and they are the type of people I would stay with ATT for. The customer service here is definitely the reason this store succeeds! Please give Anna and Alexandra a raise!

So my wife needed a new smart watch. I called, and they had some in stock. I went in for one, walked out with two, buy one get one free.
Ms,Anna was really helpful & friendly.

Thanks to Rogel on Akers for helping me within at LEAST 35 minutes in and out! Considering how at&t on dinuba Blvd in Visalia, I will definitely go to this location instead. I had a fast and easy experience. Do not go to at&t dinuba Blvd. I waited 2 weeks for phone service while looking for work.. you can only imagine the patience I had dealing with them. Horrible experience, except for Daniel the manager. He was better than the rest. Thanks Rogel for helping me !! Akers is the location to go to for sure. I'll be going there from now on!!

This has been the worst customer service experience ever!!!!I walked in today and it smelled like a fast food place. All employees were sitting in the lobby having their lunch.When I asked for help, the response was completely rude and unprofessional!I walked out disgusted!

This location used to be great, now even though I was the only customer in the store they don't want to be bothered Wrong info given whether they don't know the answer or just trying to sell me a service that turns out to be free! Would not recommend going there for assistance.

Att @ Akers and 198, WOW! What great service. Truly made me feel like royalty. The team members all worked together well to make sure every customer in the store was taken care of with full respect. If you have another provider and don’t feel important , i recommend ATT and this will always be a location of my choice. Give them a visit. Best wishes

Please never go to this store. I was there in the early morning to trade in my iphone for the new one since they have a deal right now. Anna R. Told me that the only way I could get the new iPhone is if I have it shipped to my house because the ones in stock were for only new members coming to AT&T. Not only did my scheduled delivery not show up, but when I went back to this store, they couldn’t help me nor did they try.My sister went in the same day I did and was already a member of ATT and left with the new iPhone. Not only is this unprofessional, but also discriminatory. After calling customer service and going to a different att location, they both said that I should have been given the iPhone the same day. It took so much time and effort to fix the problem that Anna created.I encourage everyone to avoid going to this location. They are only an authorized retailer store anyways. It is better to go to an actual att store that has competent workers and people willing to help regardless.

I been trying to get technical support with AT&T for 5 months l pay my monthly service for 2 phones and l'm not getting my technical issue resolved I went into AT&T store on several occasions and was told they just sell phones that l need to call customer service so after endless hours no resolution on the phone l want everyone to know AT&T is the worse provider and the store that sold me the phone won't refund my money or help resolve my money so don't buy from AT&T or buy their service you will regret it ! Gilbert Silva a very disappointed customer that recommends anyone in a market for a phone go to another provider cause AT&T sucks

Andrea was amazing today. She transferred all the info to my new phone for me. Really helps to build customer loyalty! It took awhile as the phones were not compatible but she cheerfully persevered. Customer service is unexpected in today's world but this location strives to take care of their people. Thanks again, much appreciated

Do not buy any accessories at this location. They will not lift a finger to help with any accessory that doesn't not meet with your satisfaction. "All sales are final" "you have to email the manufacturer for a replacement "
