Terrible customer service! I called to price compare. Currently have Xfinity. Only looking for price of cable and internet. The guy on the phone was trying to pressure me to make his sale. Wanted me to switch my cell service too. He set an appointment with me saying No... I just wanted the cost. He got so rude with me and ended up hanging up then AT&T has been calling me. I take a phone call from them again today saying why are you calling me? the guy on the phone listens to what I said about my issue with them-he says no worry. Let me try and get pricing for you. I told him I don't want someone in my house for four hours, which is what the other guy told me it takes that long to set up... Anyway, I go through everything with him ask him for pricing told him I don't want to do it today. I just want pricing and he hangs up on me !!!!! Not cool service for someone looking to switch to AT&T I'd say stay away.

I talked to a guy there earlier today. I was the only one in there. When I asked him if he could help me with my bill and asked if he could help me figure out why my bill went up so high. He proceeded to tell me he can’t help me today and to come back another day because they’re just selling their promos and other phones to people today and they’re refusing to help me with a bill question. I was still polite. However, I was pretty stunned and upset due to I am still a loyal paying customer to AT&T. I was there for a simple question and he refused to answer and talk to me. He sent me away and I was in disbelief because he told me he wasn’t going to help me and went on to another customer that was there after me. I was in the store wanting help and he refused to help a paying customer. just absolutely sucked! On top of that he told me he could only sell me something because it’s Black Friday today and there is going to be a rush and they have to Go really fast with what they are doing in the store. They were waiting for a wave of people. But my husband and I were the only ones in the store. There was no one else. He could’ve easily helped us with our simple question.

William M. at the ATT store inside the Visalia Mall is a stellar representative for ATT. He patiently, untiringly, and knowledgeably explained every option, feature, discount, promotion, accessory, etc. so well that I ended up buying two phones! I was previously unable to get the information William provided elsewhere; this young man has done his homework!!! A+

Samantha is the worst! She only cared about making commission instead of helping my ex wife. All my ex wanted to do was use her existing number to open her own account. I talked to corporate and (2) customer service techs who told me that she should have done that to begin with in store. She told my ex that she would have to open an account with a new number and that she couldn’t keep the number that she’s had for over a decade. Even after corporate left a note on the account that she shouldn’t be charged a restock fee(cause the service she was sold wasn’t what she asked for) she still insisted on the restock fee. Not only did corporate waive the fee, they were willing to have my ex mail in the phone so she shouldn’t have to deal with Samantha. The techs said she only did that cause to just switch lines for an existing AT&T customer she doesn’t get a commission. I’ve been an AT&T customer since 2007 and have never experienced this level of customer service. Ever. Way to represent your company Samantha. By the way they’ll be contacting you.

We just walked into our local AT&T store on Mooney Blvd. Here in Visalia, CA. to upgrade our phones here in Visalia, California. The current time is 6:30 pm on Friday, April 28, 2023. We were upgrading our current iPhone 11's to the latest and the greatest iPhone for over $3K for two. In the middle of the transaction, I told the young man helping us that I needed to urinate and required a bathroom. I'm 62 years old, a disabled vet. The young man told me to walk down the block and use the bathroom at Denny's restaurant. I immediately got upset and told my wife to upgrade her phone because I was not and left the establishment to urinate at Denny's down the block. Upon my return, I sat at the table and told my wife to upgrade her phone but I was not. The young man told me they did not have facilities for customers. I told him I have been a customer for over 25 years and staff in the past have escorted me to the back in to use the facilities. The young man then said, "Maybe I should get my manager!" I told him go get him! The manager another young entitled individual approached our table and said, "I understand that you insulted my employee!" I told him, no he insulted me when I'm getting ready to drop 3 grand down on two phones and I told him I needed to urinate and he told me to take a walk down the road to Denny's and use their bathroom, he insulted me!! The manager then tried to explain to me why they did not have a facility for the public. I told him in the past staff had escorted me to the back so I can use the facilities in the back. He started to tell me about company policy when I stood up and told him to keep his dam phone I would go somewhere else and walked out!! The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will never go back to this place I will now look at Verizon after being with AT&T for over 25 years!

AT&T wireless/phone service is absolutely horrible!!! It makes no difference if you go to a store or call in. They only make purchasing and signing up easy & then your nightmare begins. If you have any questions or issues, you will only get the run around.They are a huge entity, but with the hideous quality of service that company will implode in a matter of years. It will be their karma for the horrible treatment of their customers. Be smart! Go elsewhere. Even prepaid is a step up!!!

This store should not be allowed to operate or do business in any form. The sales associates are scammers and attempt to defraud customers. They sold me internet service for my home and said it was completely FREE. I didn’t believe them but decided to try it to see. As it turns out, it is absolutely not free at all. What they do is fraudulently sign people off for government programs even if you don’t qualify. These people should be shut down and pay fines or maybe do time in jail. I have filed a complaint with AT&T and hope anyone else who has experienced similar issues does as well.
