“Very nice and excellent service.Been a customer since 1979. In 2003 I went in with $9990 to deposit and I verified it in Front of employee. She verified it and gave it to another employee to verify. Deposit was made. I got a call later that evening at work stating it was $1000. short. I explained was verified 3 times and had receipt to prove it. They investigated it and 2 employees got fired for stealing money . Not sure which one did it but this was cleared up. 🤔 So watch everything . I handled money for 40 years so I know!!!! This happened on Akers but have done business on Whitendale when it was open and now on Center St., Visalia. 😎If you have issues contact Federal Trade Commission!!!!!”

“I have only used the ATM, there is a big parking lot, no pedestrian traffic so safer to transact your business. Probably nice and modern inside. Probably go in sometime. They also have a top notch fraud detection department plus some very nice customer service representatives that get the job done. Been a customer since the bank was VCB over 40 years ago on Mooney by big 5.”

Christina was awesome and very knowledgeable about every question I had.
the minute I walked through the door I was welcomed right away
I had a appointment and was quickly checked in and about 2 minutes later I was sitting with Christina figuring out exactly what I needed as far as an account and info on opening up a cd as well

“We were setting up a checking account for our 18 year old daughter who is leaving for college this fall. Susie helped us, and she was seriously the nicest bank person we’ve ever dealt with before. She went through the entire process, got our daughter set up with the app and Apple Pay and Zelle… I mean this lady gave us 100 percent, amazing service. She even offered us a bottle of water. She asked my daughter if she wanted to personalize her debit card. You might be saying, “Well, that’s her job.” Okay, when me and my wife signed up for our joint account, they never even got me separate access to my account. I’ve been logging in with my wife’s information. Well, Susie got me all fixed up too. So, an overall great experience.”
