She went through the entire process, got our daughter set up with the app and Apple Pay and Zelle… I mean this lady gave us 100 percent, amazing service. She even offered us a bottle of water. She asked my daughter if she wanted to personalize her debit card. You might be saying, “Well, that’s her job.” Okay, when me and my wife signed up for our joint account, they never even got me separate access to my account. Recently it has come to my attention that with the new core system that Tucoemas is inplementing, this gave some beautiful people the idea that they could abuse, say nasty things and other wise throw fits because the technology is taking a while to get out any glitches. Emily VanDeuran the branch lead helped me with a wire/bill pay situation and due to the new system it took some time. The faces i saw in line so furious, that there was not instant service said loads. Really? With wars and people not having even the basics, you who HAD A CHOICE, IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO HELP THEM THROUGH THIS TRANSITION, COULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE BEFORE..............They told EVERYONE ALL MEMBERS FOR MONTHS in an online, phone snail mail campaign, that things were going to be adjusting for a while. Well I just wanted to give a shout out for all the hard workers, the fantastic system and our credit union that makes LOCAL DECISIONS, and has ALWAYS been there for me.
