“Really honest folks who do good work and have fair prices. My car wouldn’t start so I went over to them for a new battery. Not long after, I discovered the real problem and they tested my old battery to confirm that it was indeed fine. They not only refunded me the new battery but reinstalled the old one free of charge. After seeing their commitment to service and honest business I will happily go to them instead of Costco.”
“The guy there will always try to low ball you. That is if you take them a good battery to recycle he will try to give you the 10 dollars witch is going rate. If your battery is good have them test and they will pay more if it's good ?”

“The young man that helped me out was very helpful. In another auto parts store that is not to far from this place several times have acted like they don't see me. I am a larger woman and I felt they didn't want to help me for that reason. The young man here at O'Reillys was very nice and made me feel like he was there to do his job and nothing else. I will always go to this place now. It's a little further that the other auto place, but that's ok. I'll go where they make me fell like an important customer.”
