Went in today for a pedicure . And long story short it was the worst pedicure I ever had and to make it worst they are rude and it was expensive.
It was my first time here . I came in and immediately seen the price but I was okay with price 49$ (Which is pricey considering I have gotten pedicure with hot towels and scuba for that price . ) for gel polish pedicure just basic because I figured it’s a nice place they will do great job. Man was I wrong he doesn’t even let my feet soak water was cold was irritated when I asked him to make it hot please. He immediately starts taking off previous gel and asks me what color and I told him black but then he took off gel on my big toe and I noticed it was discolored so I told him never mind no color( so I can let that toe grow out) he was upset started doing my feet soak fast and didn’t even finish with taking color off… I’m literally so mad . I go to register and a lady wants to charge me the full 49 plus 5 dollars for me using my card just because he took off my gel. Moral of story don’t waste your money here. It is so hard to find a good nail place theses days😫 Hope this helps you and save your money and go somewhere else

I liked my nails but i wish it was neater. My ocd didn’t care for the subtly uneven edges and design flaws. A for effort though.

First time i went, really great. Even thought the cashier yelled at an older wowan for trying to give her a cash tip for her manicurist. The cashier didnt want to be accused of stealing by taking money for someone else. The second time, i brought my two girls and mom. My youngest's gel nails peeled off hours later. My olderest girls manicurist was so rough it was scary. My mom was caused to bleed twice and she was satisfied with how her nails looked afterward. She had acrylics. My guy was great. Super sweet. But it seems like a krap shoot. Literally.

OMG OMG me and my friend went in there to get our toes and nails done. They were laughing at my friends practically the whole time. The lady was so rude to me. Trying to shut me up. I did not like this place very very bad my friends and I will not be back there.

My 14 year old daughter and her 12 year old friend came here today. They treated them poorly because they were "kids" and did an awful job on my little girls toes. I have had poor Service here prior but thought to let my daughter give it a try. Big fail. Michelle nails is always amazing. We will stick to Them. Have a blessed day. Let's do better.

Uncomfortable environment and overpriced. I paid 73.00 for a polish pedi and a mani with no polish. Will never go here again

Their services vary from person to person. I've had some great experiences in relation to services and some not-so-great experiences related to services. The one star is in reference to their customer service. Management would benefit from problem-solving regarding customer complaints.

I have been here 3 times before and the other two times had been great. But this last time wasn’t. When you ask for a mani and pedi two people will work on you which is okay, but it felt a little rushed. Next, I didn’t realize this until later but they did not use new clean tools on me. Meanwhile the person doing my nails was a younger man who had a runny nose and kept wiping his nose with his hands while doing my nails. I should’ve stopped them there. It was gross. I had asked the person who was doing my pedi for some alcohol for my hands. The color selection is great but I probably won’t be going back for the unsanitary reasons. They charge extra for more than one color.

Megan did my pedicure now I have an infection on my big toe. She didn’t use clean tools and while clipping my cuticles she cut me.
