I went in to buy a screen and phone protector. There were three associates at the phone counter and they were all helpful. The young man took us to the product, and we made our selection. He put it on for us and answered questions about my new phone, even though I did not purchase it there.

Ray did an amazing job helping me out. What a great Manager, keep it up Best Buy. I come 30 mins away from the Visalia Best Buy , it felt good to know there's genuine people to help you out & take their time , great customer service.

In mid-September, I purchased appliances at Best Buy store number 529 in Visalia, California. A few weeks later, we reported issues with the microwave door, and despite having a three-year warranty, Best Buy directed us to LG. Four separate LG technicians visited, made recommendations, ordered parts, and discovered additional problems, including a broken door upon shipment. Best Buy insisted it's an LG issue, and LG suggested contacting Best Buy for a new unit. The saga continued, with missing screws, a cracked door, and a bent frame. Best Buy, unhelpful, only offered to exchange the microwave with installation costs on us. This has been an incredibly disappointing customer service nightmare from both Best Buy and LG, with four frustrating technician visits adding to the ordeal. I strongly recommend avoiding LG products, and I will never set foot in Best Buy again, given their three-year warranty that covers absolutely nothing.

Positively the worst sales "help" in the electronics department. I came prepared to buy a TV mid-afternoon on a Tuesday, but the boy--yes, a kid who looked and acted like a school dropout--was engaged in conversation with two women, who (I overheard) were relatives of his. His name is ISAAC. I told him in the middle of his chat I was there to BUY....but his visit went on for 45 MINUTES, and he made no attempt to detach himself from these 2 old ladies or to call for a backup. Finally a second kid popped out, and he did help me with my purchase...even offered several times to carry it out for me. Morale there is awful, any supervision/management is nonexistent. Either run a store, folks, or get out of the business.

Dude. Anyone who says the customer service here is bad just didn’t bother to ask for help. It’s a huge store and a busy one too. Just ask if you need help that bad. We were asked like every time we turned a corner if we needed assistance. We had Tabitha helping us through our leasing questions and she was EXTREMELY helpful. She was so sweet, she made friendly conversation with us, and always made sure to walk us through anything we had trouble doing. She suggested the Best Buy annual membership which actually made our purchase like 300+ dollars cheaper and works for our family’s lifestyle. Seriously. Tabitha was amazing and she makes us want to come back

Friendly staff. Large selection of laptops. And many more things. Staff vary helpful if you don't know what you need are want. I give Best Buy. 9 out of 10. 9 because it was coold out side. Something that had nothing to do with the store.

I went today to get wiring for my subs for my car. The employees Marcos and Alfredo were very helpful and explained everything to me in detail even though I had no clue what I was looking for. They were both very patient and they definitely deserve a raise! Definitely coming back thanks to them!

Walked around because I was shopping for several tech items for Christmas gifts. Not one “customer service” rep asked if I needed assistance. They all stood around talking to each other and seeming to not want to leave their conversation. I never want to be feel bombarded by salespeople, but it would have been great if someone would have helped. I will now be taking my Christmas gift funds to other businesses. Sorry Best Buy.

The only pathetic thing about today was the lack of customer service. Walked around yet no one asked if any assistance was needed or even greeted. It was dead so maybe everyone was on break. In reality only go in there about twice a year to realize the products can simply be purchased on Amazon.

The associates seem to not care if you need help, much less acknowledge you when you have been waiting for over 30mins in the cashier line (at least to tell you they will be with you in a moment) SMH, this store needs better customer service.
