I come here frequently it’s usually some days the staff is nice or rude I understand it’s the holidays it’s busy but if you work customers you prepare yourself it’s busy as a person who’s worked customers service it’s understandable to be overwhelmed. But cashiers here are always rude it doesn’t fail even on not so busy days. Came in today for an online pickup had the cashier be so rude didn’t even look my way when speaking to me. Very passive aggressive and it seems to always be this employee. Unfortunately didn’t get his name he’s wearing big cowboy hat with western fleece sweater. Thank you to victor that was nice and helped.

Absolutely love going to our boot barn here in Visalia. Leo does the absolute best job at hat reshaping. Also, love Justin! He gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had there. Hands down. Will be back. Xoxo!

I cannot think of a better store for Western attire. At least in the central California area. The selection of boots from cowboy to steel toe is incomparable

Boot barn has turned into a fashion show type clothing store. Every pair of pants are almost like the skinny jeans the hipsters are wearing. Please bring the old bootbarn ways back

Everybody is always so helpful. I happened to return some boots that were the wrong size and it was not a problem at all and Bella helped me find new ones that are perfect!

Staff was too busy giggling and gossiping while messing around watching someone’s car get towed. One female staff member tried to get them to work which they ignored and she helped me after. She’s the only reason this is two stars or I’d give negatives if I could and this is also not the first time.

Poor customer service, especially from the manager tall white guy With the beard don’t believe me call other boot barn in The area they will tell you Worst place to go is the one in Mooney He’s very unprofessional All he does is talk if you have a question
He will make you walk to him in the register like if he has super glued to the register Won’t make an attempt to go to you Upper management should really look at the cameras That’s why I really avoid going to that location rather drive the 15 minutes to Tulare or 25 to Hanford I would call the hammer location. They will tell me you have one in Visalia and I tell them about my concern with the manager, and they all start laughing and all say the same thing they all have heard things about the manager.
