Rented online got to location they had no truck available. Seems like there is a disconnect between corporate and local distribution.

This place is really horrible. They do not answer their phones and I am now dealing with them from hundreds of miles away. No idea how this office remains open. They made a very simple move very stressful. It eventually got sorted out but not after dealing with a third party company who had to get involved.

I can say for budget as a company but this particular location made our day! So generous and understanding and easy to work with. The lady behind the desk was a doll and I wish I had a reason to go back!

Went there for a car rental to drive back to the bay. I had reservations for the cheapest car they had. Then I saw the dodge charger srt in the lot and asked about the upgrade. Thee lady at the counter was helpful and I ended up with the charger. It was a fun car to drive.

This place has caused me nothing but problems. i used this company a few months ago to help my mom out and now i'm getting charged again, months later!! someone at this company has used my card without permission. there is some sketchy stuff going on there. don't trust them. i'm reporting for fraudulent charges.

Budget off Burke, I had such a great experience when there was another woman working there. She'd go above and beyond to help. But I went in there lately and there's an old man and what I can only assume is a teenager who show a lack of customer service and the ability to help at all. So disappointed.

There was so much wrong. From the filthy car. To the not being able to pick me up.The only thing that got this place the stars it got was the friendly attitude. Other than that. I felt as if I was renting from a 3rd world country. The car was filthy and I cleaned it out, there were stains on the seats and I didn't get anything for it but, "that was nice of you". I would never visit this place again- or rent again.

Reserved a 25' (3 days @39.99 per day) truck on Thursday to pick up Friday. I was called Friday and was told sorry it's out for service and now we only have 16' trucks. She said we will give you a mileage credit. I came to pick up and she wanted to charge me 79.99 per day for the truck and give me a free day (likely the over booked and someone else was about to get the screw) I asked why would I pay double for a smaller truck to which she replied you tell me what you want to pay. I said give me your best price and my wife went to call uhaul. They seemed all too happy when I found another truck. If you even think about going here, please call the uhaul place 2 buildings away. Customer service is dead and places like this keep it that way. It's a corporate location so it's not even something that can be blamed on a franchisee, its Budget. Never again.

Literally gave away my RESERVED rental minutes before we arrived, claimed there was no reservation.Showed them the confirmation emails from reserving it. Employees are useless, and immensely unhelpful.Avoid.

This is the second time I rent a car from this place and what I really like is that the process is fast. Not a long wait time and treated with respect. The same person has helped me twice already and she has been extremely nice.
