Ilah is incredible! She cares so much and you can really tell. She is on top of everything and always at least 10 steps ahead. Ilah really put my mind at ease and taught me so much. She has AMAZING energy, and a very soothing voice. She provided me with a solid game plan to achieve my goals and some beyond valuable resources. Ilah is AMAZING! Coming in with an emotional battle within myself that seemed to be consuming me, was cleared through Ilah’s expertise. It was a wonderful new experience for me that in all honesty changed my life for the better. Always so courteous and takes her time to know me, to help me and TEACH ME. To say that a huge load was taken off my shoulders from the burden and battle I was carrying would be an understatement. Absolutely life changing!

I'd been trying to quit smoking for 13 years. Right after I found out my wife was pregnant with my son. Pills. Cold turkey. Patches. Vapes. Gum. Everything. Nothing worked. To be clear, I NEVER considered hypnosis...I kinda thought it was kooky... But I was losing my mind and willing to try anything so I gave CVH a shot.Three months now. No smokes. Still think about it, but less and less. Can come back for another session any time I want, and I will. It's not a miracle, it's a process, but it worked when nothing else did.

Have been through extreme grief i was hurtimg badly. I needed help in dealing with my emptions. My body was falling apart. I wasnt sleeping or eating properly. Ive know ilah for awhile. When i reached out for help, she was amazingIve been a couple of times plan on going more she helped me get my emotions into perspective and she helped relize im going to.be ok
