Employees meet the expectations of the company. The values of the employees align with those of the company. They've selected people who can execute the companies standards.Trying to talk to Chase employees through the phone is already difficult because they'll place you on hold and do nothing, then come back and tell you they asked everyone and the "system" didn't let them. Then, I tried to go into the branch for clarification on how Chase statements work is impossible when the employee is almost off (came in at 4 pm) and they're ready to go home (Marcus).I'm left with a balance that Chase let carry over to the next statement and still don't understand how Chase uses statements closing dates. It seems like time and time again Chase is designed to keep taking money from customers without any regard to customer service. They've designed their system so people who work there just say, "No, we can't do that." Withiut ever checking into anything. They've also designed their system without transparency so they can make verbal changes and increase prices or change the meaning of the statement periods. But a huge corporation like this can sacrifice 1 meaningless person, so what does it even matter.

I like this branch as it's easily accessable with a spacious parking lot. The tellers are friendly and the lines move quickly. I can always count on this branch when I need $2 bills as they always have them. For Lunar New Year , they supplied me with Red Envelopes and Calendars. That's nice Chase Bank recognizes Lunar New Year. *** 10 February 2024 ***

The staff is great. But when someone srals your atm card without you knowing and they deposits bad checks into your account, things turn sour. Chase will close your account without telling you. So, you take the chance banking with them. I'll be talking to a lawyer soon about them see what I can do for the mees they cased me and the lies they said.

Chase bank is already rough, but this location particularly is much worst and unprepared. It’s something new every time I come here, but today especially got me.4:50pm on a Friday- No ATMs accept cash, and the teller won’t let me deposit cash into my wife’s account. I would understand a withdrawal, but I can’t GIVE money, even though it’s my wife and I entered her pin number!?Now the banks closed before I can get to another location and hope they’re any better.Valley Strong Credit Union amazes me every week with their customer service and systems so maybe I’m spoiled, but this chase location is constantly letting me down…..

This branch's employees are powerless when Chase Corporate disagrees with their decisions. If Chase Corporate overrides their policies, you're out of luck. Chase as a bank makes its front-line service staff redundant (unless you're "Chase Private Client"). So, be very careful if they say they'll do something for you - they may be reversed later by their corporate overlords.

This place treats their customers terribly. I went in yesterday trying to open an account and when I didn’t have proof of my address (what?) they dismissed me.

I never knew that COVID would become the excuse for customer service personnel to no longer have to do there jobs. Went in today to open a personal and business account after going to one branch and being told I have to make an appointment. I was not told to make an appointment for each account and when I got there was told they could only do the personal account. I would need another appointment to do the business because it takes an hour and a half. I’ve never taken that long to open an account. Maybe we are better off with robots instead of humans in customer service or maybe we need to introduce customer service in school to educate people. Needless to say I won’t be banking at chase.

Exceptional service every time we've visited. No complaints. We deal personal and business accounts with them. This is our preferred branch. See for yourself, don't let the bad reviews ruin what could be a great banking relationship. So far we've had a great experience.
