Very friendly and helpful staff. Some of the banking policies could be more business-friendly (considering they are a "business bank"), but the people that work there are great and try to do the best they can even when the bank's policies are sometimes frustrating.

Terrible. Was at Suncrest before, and they had easily manageable ways of having monthly banking fee removed, Citizens is having $25k in your account. They also put me in a business tier they bought out Suncrest and they couldn’t help me over the phone switch to the correct checking account, so currently stuck paying more monthly. When I finally make it in I don’t expect anyone to refund the mistake they made

I have been a loyal customer of Suncrest Bank in Visalia. For both my personal and business banking. In January, they sadly announced a merger (being overtaken!) By Citizen's Business Bank. "Nothing will change," said Citizen's (the first lie!); "The transition will be seamless " (the next of many lies!).I have had nothing but disaster with this merger...my bank cards were frozen Feb. 18th , disrupting both my business and personal transactions. With plenty of money in my personal acct. I was stranded in Reno (on a birthday trip with friends!) With no access to cash or credit. Citizen's employees have NEVER taken responsibility/ accountability for their errors. A final insult occurred when the acting Citizens branch Mgr, Cheryl, told me, after I was trying to straighten out their errors. "WELL, Our Bank isn't for everyone.."And presto, my personal and business accts were closed and my banking transferred to Visalia Community Bank.I recommend all nonprofits, service oriented. Community supported and community caring individuals pull their $ from Citizen's Business Bank...my experience was not mine alone...

It has been a journey for sure since Suncrest Bank has changed to Citizens Bank, but the team from Suncrest has done a great job taking on the task!I want to recognize 3 particular women that have stood out and has made the transition just that much easier! Lissette Lopez, Brooke Reed and Cathy Huff have kept the Suncrest customer service alive that everyone is very used to. Each of these fabulous ladies ALWAYS smile when I come in, even if they have had a hard day. They have gone above and beyond for me with anything I need without even hesitating!This kind of customer service doesn't exist much anymore. Suncrest was great. Unfortunately, Citizens is not friendly for personal banking customers. Their fees are criminal. Went to close my account today, if I wanted cash they had to order it, and would be two weeks before I could get it. Had to pay $6 cashier's check fee, and they refused to waive it.

The customer service at this bank is AWESOME! Everyone is so friendly and caring , you are greeted so warmly when you walk in. I always use drive up atm, hadn't been inside bank since they have moved. I had to go inside recently as soon as the teller saw my last name, she wanted to know how my family was doing .....I didn't catch her name but she was a doll! They treat customers like we are all one big family...I like that!!!!

Very friendly and helpful ladies always ready to great you with a Hello and a smile! My husband comes to cash his employment checks and we haven't had any problems with them cashing it for him even though we don't bank here.

This is such a horrible bank, DO NOT BANK HERE!!!, No 24 hour support, outrageous fee's unless you have 25,000 plus in your checking account at any given moment, $.25 fees every time you swipe your card on a debit transaction, $30 dollar a month fees, website is always almost consistently down with no notice, don't bother if your debit card gets stolen on a weekend either, because you will not be able to get a hold of a living soul who fricken works here , get it together guys you're pathetic and so is your service, oh yeah and by the way, so many people who work at this bank actually encouraged me to close my account because of your policies, amazing what your own employees think of you too!!!
