I'd give 0 stars an employee named Vanessa was so rude I heard her talking about other customers from a row over I'm guessing she was on those headphones because I didn't see anyone else around. When I said she shouldn't do be doing that she rolled her eyes and said I couldn't do anything about it. She worked at night this day.

Very few employees. I couldn't find anyone to answer a question in the area surrounding the pharmacy when I was looking for a medical device. Wasted 15 minutes. Saw that the line for prescriptions didn't move at all. Don't bother. worst CVS I have ever visited.

First time shopping at this location as well couponing there. The store is clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. One employee who stood out for going above and beyond for me today was Brenda. She was very patient with me through my couponing process and helped me get better deals today as well. I love her bubbly attitude! I can’t say enough how helpful and nice she is. She’s really someone you’d enjoy checking out with. 10/10 will be returning thanks to Brenda ??

Had such an amazing experience at the store on Noble. Store was clean, customer service was amazing!!! Thank you Brenda for being extremely patient with me and all my questions about sales and coupons. You truly are amazing. I will be shopping here from here on out.

I completely understand when a drug is not available because it is back ordered from the manufacture BUT I don't understand why the pharmacy doesn't have method of filling prescriptions that are on back order!!!!! Over the past several weeks, the pharmacy keeps telling me that my medication is ready for pick up when it is not!!! I have been told that my medication is ready (by both an actual person on the phone and by the automated phone message) only to be told when I got there (and I live 40 minutes out of town) that there is no prescription ready and it won't be ready that day! I am completely out of medication now. Also, I have been told that I was on a waiting list and would be notified when the medication becomes available. Today, I tried to verify that I was on the waiting list only to be told there is NO waiting list! My only recourse is to have my doctor send in a new prescription for the dose that they have in stock (not the dose I am supposed to be on). And hope that they don't run out of that medication before they fill my new prescription. If they run out, I don't know how I am supposed to get my medication. It is apparent that they do not have a process to fill prescriptions at a latter time, if they can't fill it right then and there, you are out of luck. And they won't tell you that they could not fill it either, you will just have to find out on your own. This pharmacy is so broken! And the amount of work for my doctor is ridiculous, because once the new prescription arrives, it will replace and void the previous prescription so my doctor will have to send in another prescription once they fill my lower dose prescription.. What a nightmare!!! And if by some miracle the original dose of medication arrives, I won't get that one!!!

Have you ever had a pharmacy that does everything it can to keep you from talking to someone in the pharmacy? Have they ever continued to refill prescriptions that you have on several occasion told them not to? Have you ever had a pharmacy who sells drugs over the counter for half the co-pay of the exact same that is twice as much (and then refuse to do anything about it)? Have you ever had had them continue to request refills from a doctor who you told them not to? Welcome to CVS, a place that does not care for the individual customer. I spent years with a local pharmacy before moving to CVS; what a mistake. I recommend that you stick with your local pharmacy since these big-box pharmacies are not to be bothered by the individual customer, even after spending thousands over the years for over a dozen different prescriptions. I will say that the counter help is great, but don't count on them to help you, and you definitely do not get any results contacting their customer service. Oh, and if you have ever dealt with their web site and see that your prescription is "in process," do not assume that they are working on it anytime soon. I've had them say that for days only to find out the they do not have it in stock or are contacting your prescriber for a different prescription. Two weeks ago, it took a week and half; first they said it was not in stock, but then that changed days later (had to call again to find this out), the insurance would not cover it. Don't expect them to keep you informed of anything.

I came in here today at 12:25pm they had a sign that says 12:30 they’ll be closing for lunch but the already closed down at 12:25pm and refused to help me when the sign says 12:30pm.

This company is a joke. They cannot get things correct. I am being told by these jerks that my wife's libre2 sensors only only covered every 30 days. The sensors only last 28 days. It would be nice if the crappy company would go out of business

staff is rude and the customer service is even worse both at the front desk and pharmacy. don't waste your time here!! they made us wait forever to pick up our meds even though my daughter was really sick.

Went to the CVS Pharmacy on Caldwell Avenue and received wonderful service by Maria G. She throughly answered all of my questions after helping me look for my item. She was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. The store was clean and well organized. Everyone seemed to get along making the trip to a CVS very pleasant.

Not happy with CVS, why are you charging us delivery for our prescriptions all of a sudden. A lot of us are still wary of crowds and the free delivery gave us peace of mind. Guess I'll start looking for a new pharmacy that customers feel safer at and free delivery. Big pharma at work I guess You don't deserve any star ratings at this time
