  I only come here to get my medications at the pharmacy. Customer service is definitely not the best. Pharmacy staff can be short/not friendly most of the time. Maybe it's just been a long day and they don't get paid enough though 🤷‍♀️ I know I'd be pretty tired too working in a pharmacy. But I've never really had issues with my prescriptions so that's a plus. Has a drive-thru as well but is honestly easier and quicker to go inside. This location is clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Would recommend to someone looking for a pharmacy/convenience store.

  The CVS pharmacy on Demeree & Goshen is efficient, polite with every customer, organized & as fast as they can be with the huge volume of prescriptions they receive.
  I compliment Erica at the pharmacy customer pick up counter with her efficiency, smile and care. The pharmacist, I regret I don’t know her name, is also extremely efficient and takes the time necessary to help customers when needed. It is a pleasure to be a customer at this particular Demeree & Goshen CVS pharmacy.

  Tonight I arrived at the pharmacy around 6:30pm. My prescriptions weren’t ready and the guy behind the counter said they would be done in 20-30 minutes. By 7:30pm I was still waiting and he saw me and asked me if I was still waiting and then asked for my information again. I then sat in the waiting area as I listened to them scramble to find my prescriptions and then he had to put them in expedited status again and didn’t say anything to me directly. Around 7:55pm they called my name on the intercom as though I wasn’t still just sitting there. He rings me up for my prescriptions and says one of them is out of stock and can’t be refilled. One of them is not covered, Freestyle Test Strips, and I asked if I could buy them over the counter. They couldn’t find them, and the woman next to him pointed where they could be found. She told the guy to “let the front help her.” Then he tried to help me anyway, and said they weren’t on the counter and he went to check the system to see if there were any in the back because she said they got inventory today but it wasn’t on the shelf yet. She then told him, “have the front do that, we have to close” I told them I waited over an hour and still don’t have everything I need and she said, “we can only do so much, we’re the busiest store in our area…” so, I went to the front. The girl at the register said she was going to check on her phone to find the item number so she could check if it was in the system but she didn’t have good reception so it wasn’t loading. Then the manager walked up and he tried to use his phone. Then when neither of their phones worked he said, “oh I just stocked that aisle and there is none.” I said, “I just need to know that’s what it says on the computer.” And then the girl said, “well he’s my manager and he just said there is none.”
  
  Then I got to my car and realized one of the prescriptions weren’t actually filled and it was still being “prepared” so they forgot one.
  
  I know that no one will care about all the other details, but I’ve just had to live through two major life changes the last 2 months and I’m filled with grief. It’s so hard for me to deal with people who couldn’t even try for me and still be nice. I just left the store feeling disregarded and defeated. It was horrible.

  Not sure of his name but I believe it's Shane. He's such an amazing happy person. My prescriptions are difficult and he's always willing to help me.

  I requested my prescription to become available sooner and it went through and it kept sending me texts reminding me that it was available and that I should come and pick it up. It was pretty clean, the employees were friendly and it was the first time I noticed CVS having a self-check out register and that was successful. So yeah, I recommend this CVS pharmacy.

  Thank you David for wearing a mask when you filled my dads Meds. Thank you c v s for caring enough to hire people like David who is Essential and goes out there and works everyday and cares enough about others safety to wear a mask!!!!
